Description
Claims (7)
- 管(4)内に高電圧電極(3)が配置された静電ろ過方法であって、
前記管(4)の内部を定期的に音波を用いてクリーニングすることと、
粉塵を直接回収するためにその流れの吸引を続けることと、
放出されるアークの数に応じて前記高電圧電極(3)の電圧をサーボ制御するために前記電圧を制御する制御手段を使用することと、を含み、
前記クリーニングが前記制御手段により低電圧しきい値から自動的に実行されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記高電圧電極(3)が中空電極である場合には、さらに前記高電圧電極(3)の内部を定期的に音波を用いてクリーニングすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸引が、音波による前記クリーニングと同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 流体的に並列に配置された前記管(4)を複数用いて、前記管(4)が、前記ろ過を停止させることなく、巡回置換によりクリーニングされるようにすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 管(4)内に配置された高電圧電極(3)を使用する静電ろ過装置であって、
前記管(4)内で音波を発生させるために、前記管(4)の一端に配置された音波発生器(13)を備え、
前記管(4)の下部に入口(1)が設けられ、前記管(4)の上部に出口(2)が設けられ、
前記入口(1)に入口弁(9)が設けられ、前記出口(2)が、前記出口(2)の端部に出口弁(10)を有すると共に、前記出口弁(10)と前記管との間にパージ入口弁(11)を有し、
前記管の下端に配置されたクリーニング・コンジットにパージ出口弁(12)が設けられ、前記クリーニング・コンジットの端部に抽出器(15)が装備されると共に前記パージ出口弁(12)と前記抽出器(15)との間に保持室(14)が配置されることを特徴とする静電ろ過装置。 - 前記音波発生器(13)が金属製末広コーン(17)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の静電ろ過装置。
- 流体的に並列に配置され、流体が入口マニホルド(25)及び出口マニホルド(26)を介して送り込まれ、上流側と下流側に配置された2つのパージ弁(9、10)により隔離される前記管(4)を複数使用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の静電ろ過装置。
