Claims (5)
- タービンエンジン用のロータ(100)であって、
(i)半径方向内側面(120)と、第1の溶接面(114)と、該第1の溶接面(114)から軸方向に延びるフランジとを有する第1のロータ部分(102)であって、前記フランジが前記第1の溶接面(114)に垂直な半径方向外側面を含んでいる、第1のロータ部分(102)と、
(ii)半径方向内側面(122)と、前記第1の溶接面(114)に平行な第2の溶接面(116)とを有する第2のロータ部分(104)であって、前記第2のロータ部分の半径方向内側面(122)が、該第2のロータ部分と前記フランジとの間にさねはぎ継ぎ(125)が形成されるように、前記フランジの半径方向外側面に当接して配置され、該さねはぎ継ぎが、前記第1のロータ部分(112)の前記半径方向内側面(120)と前記第2のロータ部分(104)の前記半径方向内側面(122)との間に延びる空洞(109)を形成するとともに、該さねはぎ継ぎが、前記第1の溶接面(114)及び第2の溶接面(116)から軸方向に離間していて、ロータ(100)の溶接時に溶接材料が前記空洞(109)に落ちるのを防ぐ、第2のロータ部分(104)と、
(iii)前記第1の溶接面(114)と第2の溶接面(116)との間に挿入され、第1の溶接面(114)及び第2の溶接面(116)と密着して溶接接合部(106)を形成するシム(130)であって、前記フランジの半径方向外側面と接する半径方向内側面を有するシム(130)と、
(iv)前記第1のロータ部分(102)及び第2のロータ部分(104)に結合したケーシング(110)であって、前記ケーシング(110)とロータの間に画定されたチャンバ(111)が前記溶接接合部(106)を実質的に囲み、前記第1のロータ部分(102)と第2のロータ部分(104)とシム(130)は、前記溶接接合部と該ケーシング(110)の間のチャンバ内に減圧を生じるように構成されている、ケーシング(110)と、
(v)前記チャンバ(111)内に配置され、前記ケーシング(110)に連結した電子ビーム発生器(112)であって、前記溶接接合部(106)の周りを1回転する間に前記溶接接合部(106)を溶接するように構成された電子ビーム発生器(112)と
を備えるロータ(100)。 - 前記ケーシング(110)が、前記チャンバを減圧状態に維持するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記シム(130)は合金材料からなる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記電子ビーム発生器(112)の強度は、前記溶接接合部(106)の溶接を容易にするために調整することができる請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のロータ(100)。
- 前記溶接接合部(106)は内側部分(108)を有し、前記電子ビーム発生器(112)の強度は、前記内側部分の溶接を容易にするために調整することができる請求項4に記載のロータ(100)。
