Claims (5)
- シャフトと回転部品を有するエグゾーストターボチャージャ(16)であって、前記シャフト(10)と前記回転部品(12)とを間接的に接合する中間部品(18)が設けられ、
熱耐性素材であるTiAlからできている前記回転部品(12)が残片(20)を有し、
前記中間部品(18)と前記回転部品(12)とは、前記回転部品(12)の前記残片(20)が、前記中間部品(18)の一端から前記中間部品(18)の凹部(24)に挿入され、前記回転部品(12)の前記残片(20)のヘッド(26)が前記中間部品(18)の前記凹部(24)の中に置かれ、前記ヘッド(26)が前記凹部(24)の中で加熱、リベット留めされることにより、接合され、
前記中間部品(18)と前記シャフト(10)とは、溶接又ははんだ付けによって、これらが外周でのみ相互に接合されるように形成され、
前記シャフト(10)の正面に、切欠き(30)が設けられ、前記残片(20)のヘッド(26)によって占められていない前記凹部(24)のスペースと合わせて、空洞部(32)を形成している
ことを特徴とするエグゾーストターボチャージャ。 - 前記中間部品(18)が、熱耐性かつ溶接可能な素材であるニッケル合金からできていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ。
- 前記シャフト(10)が、溶接可能な素材からできていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ。
- 前記中間部品(18)が、溶接接合である摩擦溶接又はEB溶接によって前記シャフト(10)と接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエグゾーストターボチャージャ。
- シャフト(10)とエグゾーストターボチャージャ(16)の回転部品(12)とを接合する方法であり、
前記シャフト(10)と前記回転部品(12)とは、中間部品(18)によって間接的に相互に接合され、ここで、熱耐性素材であるTiAlからできている前記回転部品(12)が残片(20)を有しており、
前記中間部品(18)と前記回転部品(12)とは、前記回転部品(12)の前記残片(20)が、前記中間部品(18)の一端から前記中間部品(18)の凹部(24)に挿入され、前記回転部品(12)の前記残片(20)のヘッド(26)が前記中間部品(18)の前記凹部(24)の中に置かれ、前記ヘッド(26)が前記凹部(24)の中で加熱、リベット留めされることにより、接合され、
前記中間部品(18)と前記シャフト(10)とは、溶接又ははんだ付けによって、これらが外周でのみ相互に接合されるように形成され、
