Claims (7)
- シャフトと回転部品、特にシャフト(10)とエグゾーストターボチャージャ(16)のタービンホイール(12)との接合であり、前記シャフト(10)と前記回転部品(12)とを間接的に接合する中間部品(18)が設けられ、
前記中間部品(18)と前記回転部品(12)とは、ポジティブ結合及び/又は摩擦結合、特にリベット接合によって接合されていることを特徴とする接合。 - 前記回転部品(12)が,熱耐性素材、特にTiAlからできていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の結合。
- 前記中間部品(18)が、熱耐性かつ溶接可能な素材、特にニッケル合金からできていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の接合。
- 前記シャフト(10)が、溶接可能な素材、特に調質鋼からできていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接合。
- 前記中間部品(18)が、溶接接合、特に摩擦溶接又はEB溶接によって前記シャフト(10)と接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接合。
- 前記中間部品(18)が、はんだ付けによって前記シャフト(10)と接合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接合。
- シャフトと回転部品、特にシャフト(12)とエグゾーストターボチャージャ(16)のタービンホイール(12)とを接合する方法であり、
前記シャフト(10)と前記回転部品(12)とは、中間部品(18)によって間接的に相互に接合され、
前記中間部品(18)と前記回転部品(12)とは、リベット法によって接合されることを特徴とする方法。
