Claims (8)
- ボアを検査するためのプローブ(100)であって、
前記ボアに挿入するように寸法決めされた第1のハウジング部分(102)と、
前記第1のハウジング部分(102)に接続され、前記ボアに挿入するように寸法決めされた第2のハウジング部分(104)と、
前記第1のハウジング部分(102)に取り付けられた第1の端部(106)と、この第1の端部の周りに回転し且つ前記第1のハウジング部分(102)から離間して前記ボアの内面と接触するように構成された第2の端部(108)とを有する複数の安定用脚部(112)と、
前記第2のハウジング部分(104)から離間して回転可能に構成され、且つ前記安定用脚部(112)に対して相対的に回転可能な複数のセンサアーム(116)と、
前記第1のハウジング部分(102)と第2のハウジング部分(104)の少なくとも一方に収容された前記センサアーム(116)を前記安定用脚部(112)に対して相対的に回転させるモータ(111)と、
前記安定用脚部(112)を前記第1のハウジング部分(102)内に保持するように構成されたバイアス要素(115)と、
前記センサアーム(116)を、前記第2のハウジング部分(104)内の位置から広げられた感知位置へと広げるように構成された1つ以上のセンサアームアクチュエータ(126)と、
前記各センサアーム(116)に結合された1つまたは複数の受動バイアス要素(702)と
を備え、
前記センサアーム(116)の感知端部が前記ボアの前記内面に隣接して配置され、前記各センサアーム(116)が、結合されたセンサアームアクチュエータ(126)を備え、
前記受動バイアス要素(702)が、前記センサアーム(116)を前記第2のハウジング部分(104)内の前記位置から回転することを助けるように寸法決めされ配置される
ことを特徴とするプローブ。 - 前記センサアーム(116)が前記第2の部分(104)に連結され、前記モータ(111)が、前記センサアーム(116)を有する前記第2の部分(104)を前記第1の部分(102)に対して回転させることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。
- 前記安定用脚部(112)の前記第2の端部(108)を、前記第1のハウジング部分(102)内の前記保持された位置から前記ボアの前記内面と接触する広げられた位置へと回転させるように構成された1つ以上の安定用脚部アクチュエータ(125)とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。
- 前記センサアームアクチュエータ(126)の制御を調整するように構成されたセンサアーム作動装置をさらに備え、前記センサアーム作動装置が空気マニホルド(902)を含み、前記各センサアームアクチュエータ(126)が空気圧シリンダであり、
前記空気マニホルド(902)が流入空気を受け取り前記各センサアーム空気圧シリンダに作動空気を供給するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。 - 前記各センサアーム(116)が、前記ボアの前記内面の特性を感知するように構成されたセンサ(117)を備え、
前記各センサアーム(116)が、前記第2のハウジング部分(104)に取り付けられた第1の端部(106)と、前記第1の端部の周りに回転し前記第2のハウジング部分(104)から離間し、且つ、前記ボアの前記内面に接触するように構成された第2の端部(108)とを備え、前記各センサ(117)が前記第2の端部(108)に隣接して取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。 - 前記各センサアーム(116)が、前記第2の端部(108)上に、前記センサアーム(116)の平面に沿って正常に配置されるように偏倚され、前記内面と接触するときに前記ボアの前記内面と同一平面上へと回転することができるジンバルを備える部分(502)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載のプローブ(100)。
- 前記安定用脚部(112)に対する前記センサアーム(116)の半径位置を示す信号を供給するレゾルバ(136)と、
前記安定用脚部(112)に対して固定され、少なくとも1つのセンサアーム(116)を見るように構成されたビデオセンサと
をさらに備え、前記各安定用脚部(112)の前記それぞれの第2の端部(108)が、前記ボアの前記内面に摩擦接触して前記第2の端部に近接している摩擦要素(113)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。 - 前記モータ(111)が、前記センサアーム(116)を時計回り方向に約360°回転させ、次いで前記センサアーム(116)を反時計回り方向に約360°回転させるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のプローブ(100)。
