Description
2. ペンタエリトリチルテトラキス(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート;
3. 1,3,5−トリス(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンジル)−s−トリアジン−2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)−トリオン;
4. オクタデシル3−(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオネート;
5. エチレンビス[3,3−ビス[3−(1,1−ジメチルエチル)−4−ヒドロキシフェニル]ブタノエート];
6. ジオクタデシルジスルフィド;
7. 2,2’,2’,6,6’,6”−ヘキサ−tert−4,4’,4”−[(2,4,6−トリメチル−1,3,5−ベンゼントリイル)トリスメチレン]トリフェノール;
8. 2,2’−ビス(オクタデシルオキシ)−5,5’−スピロビ[1,3,2−ジオキサホスフィナン];
9. ジドデシル3,3’−チオジプロピオネート;
10. ジオクタデシル3,3’−チオジプロピオネート;
11. トリス(2,4−ジ−tert−ブチルフェニル)ホスフェート;
12. フェニルホスフィニット基を含有する5種の異なる物質;
13. ブチルヒドロキシアニソール。
パラセタモール溶液にとって最も安定なpH範囲は4.5〜6.0であることが確認されており、実施した試験でもこのpH範囲を用いた。このpH範囲に近いpKaを有する緩衝剤を用いれば、最適pH値をより一定に維持することが可能になるので、より望ましい。かかる目的で、クエン酸塩、リンゴ酸塩、酢酸塩、乳酸塩、グルコン酸塩を基剤とする緩衝剤を使用することが可能である。また、クエン酸又はリンゴ酸を含有するもの等、相乗抗酸化活性を示す緩衝剤がより望ましい。
−視覚的な外観。
−10mm厚の石英セル内での320nm及び500nmにおける吸光度測定。
−European Pharmacopoeia 5th Editionのクロマトグラフィー条件に基づく液体クロマトグラフィーを用い、相対面積を既知の濃度を有する外部パラセタモール標準と比較することによる、不純物含量。
プラスチック材料内のパラセタモール溶液の変化を観察すれば、同じ結論が得られる。
異なるプラスチック材料(ポリオレフィン及びPVC)内での保存が、同一の化学組成物の色に与える効果(ポリ塩化ビニルが好ましい)を、下記例において観察する。
Claims (6)
- pHが4.5〜6.0の静脈内注入により使用されるパラセタモール水溶液であって、パラセタモールを安定化する物質として、0.5%m/v〜3.0%m/vの濃度のグルコースを含んでなる溶液。
- pHが5.0〜5.5であり、クエン酸塩、リンゴ酸塩、酢酸塩、乳酸塩及びグルコン酸塩より選択される緩衝剤により緩衝される、請求項1記載のパラセタモール水溶液。
- 前記緩衝剤が、クエン酸ナトリウム及び/又は酢酸ナトリウムである、請求項2に記載のパラセタモール水溶液。
- 更にキレート剤を含んでなる、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のパラセタモール水溶液。
- パラセタモールのグルコン酸塩を更に含んでなる、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のパラセタモール水溶液。
- 熱によって、又は濾過によって滅菌し得る、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のパラセタモール水溶液。
