Description
)、米国特許第6073627号明細書(特許文献1)、American Health Magazine(1988年1月号第16頁)には、すべてオゾンによる創傷部の治療について記載されている。しかしながら、これらに開示されている装置は嵩張るもので、扱いにくく、能力が強すぎ、維持、洗浄、検量が困難であり、コストも高い。更に、これらの装置は、椎間板ヘルニア等の患部を選択的にオゾンを送出できるような無菌法に対応していない。ガスは不安定であり、半減期が数分である。使い捨てで単独使用できるような医療用オゾン発生器は提案されていない。したがって、酸素−オゾン混合物、励起エネルギー化純酸素などの治療薬剤による椎間板ヘルニアの治療や、他の医療的に効果的で、無菌使用も出来る特別に設計された装置が必要とされる。更に、炎症や疾患の悪化における診療のためのポータブルで、使い捨てまたは再利用可能で滅菌状態を形成でき、安定で、使用の際すぐにオゾンが発生するような装置セットも必要とされる。
48内に装填し、ニードル24は筒32の突出部52に装着する。図4に示すように、スイッチ76をオンにし、電源84によって電気回路が形成される。電源84は電線を通じて加熱部材104を作動させるための電流を供給する。作動時に、加熱部材104はガス発生器88の容器92を加熱し、ゲル96を加熱して温度を上述のように、ただし本実施態様では約37℃に上昇させる。加熱により、ゲル96からオゾン混合物が放出される。ゲル96から放出されたオゾン混合物は容器92の開口部および膜100に向って移動する。ゲル96は容器92内に残存しなから、オゾン混合物は膜100の孔112を通じてアキュムレイター108に移動する。アキュムレイター108にオゾン混合物が蓄積され、非膨張状態から膨張状態となるように膨張する。

Claims (21)
- 筒と、当該筒の第1端に挿入され且つ当該筒の第2端からオゾンを含有するガス状の治療薬剤を送出するためのプランジャと、当該プランジャと当該筒のどちらかに接続し且つオゾンを含有するガス状の治療薬剤を製造するコロナ放電オゾン発生器と、当該筒に挿入されるプランジャの第1端と当該筒の第2端の排出口との間に位置し、コロナ放電オゾン発生器で発生したガス状の治療薬剤により伸長可能なアキュムレイター室とから成る注射器であって、当該アキュムレイター室は、当該筒に挿入されるプランジャの第1端を介してコロナ放電オゾン発生器と連結してコロナ放電オゾン発生器で発生したガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積できる構成を有し、当該アキュムレイター室は、製造された当該ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際に当該筒の第2端と連結し、ガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積できる構成からガス状の治療薬剤を送出できる構成に変化して、当該筒の第2端からガス状の治療薬剤を送出できることを特徴とする注射器。
- アキュムレイター室が、当該筒内で膨張可能な材料から成り、コロナ放電オゾン発生器で発生したガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積するために非膨張状態から膨張状態に変化し、ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際に、当該筒の内壁に配置された針突き部材によってガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積できるような構成からガス状の治療薬剤を送出する構成に変化して当該筒の第2端からオゾンを含むガス状の治療薬剤を送出できるような構成に変化する構成を有するか、又は、アキュムレイター室が、当該筒の内壁と可動ストッパーとで規定され、コロナ放電オゾン発生器で発生したガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積するために可動ストッパーは当該筒の第2端に向かって移動し、ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際にアキュムレイター室が当該筒の第2端と連結して当該筒の第2端からガス状の治療薬剤を送出できるような構成に変化する構成を有する請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 治療薬剤が10重量%以下のオゾンを含み、残部が高純度酸素から成る酸素−オゾン混合ガスである請求項1に記載の注射器。
- アキュムレイター室が筒内に内部スペースを有し、酸素を蓄積する請求項1に記載の注射器。
- プランジャがコロナ放電オゾン発生器に接続する電源を有し、当該電源はガス発生器に種々の電気信号を供給する請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 更に、電源とコロナ放電オゾン発生器の間に、作動、非作動を選択できるスイッチを有する請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号が、10〜1000kHzの周波数である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号が、30〜60kHzの周波数である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号の電圧が、1〜20kVである請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号の電圧が、3〜6kVである請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 注射器が滅菌処理されている請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 酸素の周囲温度が15〜30℃である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- コロナ放電オゾン発生器が、オゾン化ゲルを貯蔵する開放系容器と加熱部材とから成り、加熱部材の作動により、酸素−オゾン混合ガスをオゾン化ゲルから放出させるようにオゾン化ゲルの温度を上昇させる請求項2に記載の注射器。
- オゾン化ゲルはオリーブオイルにオゾンを吹込み冷却することにより形成される請求項13に記載の注射器。
- オリーブのオイルの冷却が0〜5℃で行われる請求項14に記載の注射器。
- 注射器が使い捨てである請求項1に記載の注射器。
- ガス状の治療薬剤がコロナ放電処理された純粋酸素、またはUV光およびコロナ放電処理された純粋酸素である請求項1に記載の注射器。
- ガス状治療薬剤が更に酸化ガスを含む請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 酸化ガスが、酸素(О2)、オゾン(О3)を含む酸素、酸素ラジカル、水酸基ラジカル、イオン化酸素、エネルギーで処理された酸素またはこれらの組合せである請求項18に記載の注射器。
- ガス状治療薬剤が更に不活性ガスを含む請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 不活性ガスが、窒素、ヘリウム、二酸化炭素またはこれらの組合せである請求項20に記載の注射器。
