Abstract
【解決手段】筒32、プランジャ36及びそれに付随するガス発生器88、アキュムレイータ108から成る注射器28である。ガス発生器88が作動し、治療薬剤が筒32内に蓄積され、アキュムレータ108は所定の量に達した時に、筒32からニードル24を介して標的サイトに送出され、治療薬剤が標的サイトに作用する。治療薬は酸素−オゾン混合ガスが好ましい。

Description
48内に装填し、ニードル24は筒32の突出部52に装着する。図4に示すように、スイッチ76をオンにし、電源84によって電気回路が形成される。電源84は電線を通じて加熱部材104を作動させるための電流を供給する。作動時に、加熱部材104はガス発生器88の容器92を加熱し、ゲル96を加熱して温度を上述のように、ただし本実施態様では約37℃に上昇させる。加熱により、ゲル96からオゾン混合物が放出される。ゲル96から放出されたオゾン混合物は容器92の開口部および膜100に向って移動する。ゲル96は容器92内に残存しなから、オゾン混合物は膜100の孔112を通じてアキュムレイター108に移動する。アキュムレイター108にオゾン混合物が蓄積され、非膨張状態から膨張状態となるように膨張する。

Claims (29)
- 筒と、当該筒の第1端に挿入され且つ当該筒の第2端から薬剤を送出するためのプランジャと、当該プランジャと当該筒のどちらかに接続し且つガス状の治療薬剤を製造するガス発生器と、当該筒中に配置され且つ当該ガス発生器から製造されるガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積できるように構成されたアキュムレイターとから成る注射器であって、当該アキュムレイターは当該筒の第2端から物質を送出できるような構成を有し、当該アキュムレイターは、製造された当該ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際に、当該ガス状の治療薬剤を蓄積できるような構成から当該ガス状の治療薬剤を送出する構成に自動的に変化して、当該筒の第2端からガス状の治療薬剤を送出できるような構成を有することを特徴とする注射器。
- 治療薬剤が約0〜10重量%のオゾンと残部が高純度酸素から成る酸素−オゾン混合ガスである請求項1に記載の注射器。
- ガス発生器がコロナ放電オゾン発生器である請求項2に記載の注射器。
- アキュムレイターが筒内に内部スペースを有し、酸素を蓄積する請求項3に記載の注射器。
- プランジャがガス発生器に接続する電源を有し、当該電源はガス発生器に種々の電気信号を供給する請求項3に記載の注射器。
- 更に、電源とガス発生器の間に、作動、非作動を選択できるスイッチを有する請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号が、約10〜1000kHzの周波数である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号が、約30〜60kHzの周波数である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号の電圧が、約1〜20kVである請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 電気信号の電圧が、約3〜6kVである請求項5に記載の注射器。
- 注射器が滅菌処理されている請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 酸素の周囲温度が約10〜40℃である請求項5に記載の注射器。
- ガス発生器が、オゾン化ゲルを貯蔵する開放系容器と加熱部材とから成り、加熱部材の作動により、酸素−オゾン混合ガスをオゾン化ゲルから放出させるようにオゾン化ゲルの温度を上昇させる請求項2に記載の注射器。
- オゾン化ゲルはオリーブオイルにオゾンを吹込み冷却することにより形成される請求項13に記載の注射器。
- オリーブのオイルの冷却が約0〜5℃で行われる請求項14に記載の注射器。
- 治療用酸素−オゾン混合ガスを発生するオゾン発生器であって、当該オゾン発生器はプランジャ又は筒の何れかにガス発生器を固定する接続部分を有し、筒はプランジャを受け入れるための第1端とプランジャの加圧によりオゾンをプランジャから送出する第2端を有することを特徴とするオゾン発生器。
- ガス発生器はオゾンを貯蔵するように構成された筒内に配置されるアキュムレイターと連結しており、当該アキュムレイターは第2端に流路的な関係を有する位置に送出を行える構成を有し、当該アキュムレイターは、製造された治療用酸素−オゾン混合ガスの量が所定の量に達した際に、治療用酸素−オゾン混合ガスを蓄積できるような構成から治療用酸素−オゾン混合ガスを送出する構成に自動的に変化して、筒の第2端から治療用酸素−オゾン混合ガスを送出できるような構成を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載のガス発生器。
- ガス発生器が、オゾン化ゲルを貯蔵する容器と加熱部材とから成り、加熱部材の作動により、酸素−オゾン混合ガスをオゾン化ゲルから放出させるようにオゾン化ゲルの温度を上昇させる請求項16に記載のガス発生器。
- ガス発生器が、電気化学的セルである請求項16に記載のガス発生器。
- ガス発生器が、コロナ放電装置である請求項16に記載のガス発生器。
- ガス発生器が、UV光源である請求項16に記載のガス発生器。
- 注射器が使い捨てである請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 治療薬剤がUV光および/またはコロナ放電処理された純粋酸素である請求項1に記載の注射器。
- ガス状治療薬剤が酸化ガスから成る請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 酸化ガスが、酸素(О2)、オゾン(О3)を含む酸素、酸素ラジカル、水酸基ラジカル、イオン化酸素、エネルギーで処理された酸素またはこれらの組合せである請求項24に記載の注射器。
- ガス状治療薬剤が不活性ガスである請求項1に記載の注射器。
- 不活性ガスが、窒素、ヘリウム、二酸化炭素またはこれらの組合せである請求項26に記載のガスセンサー部材。
- ガス状治療薬剤の製造方法であって、注射器の筒内に貯蔵構造を有するアキュムレイターを配置する工程と、アキュムレイター内で治療薬剤を発生する工程と、ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際に、アキュムレイターが貯蔵状態から送出状態に自動的に変化する工程とから成るガス状治療薬剤の製造方法。
- 筒と、当該筒の第1端に挿入され且つ当該筒の第2端から薬剤を送出するためのプランジャと、貯蔵状態の際に、酸素から酸化ガスを発生させるコロナ放電装置と連結した酸素を貯蔵できる構成を有するアキュムレイターから成る注射器であって、当該アキュムレイターは、製造された当該ガス状の治療薬剤の量が所定の量に達した際に、第2端からアキュムレイター内のガス状の治療薬剤を送出できるようなガス送出構成を有することを特徴とする注射器。
