Description
集電体を備える発電素子部と、
電解質に溶解しない金属で構成されるリード電極と、素子部とを備える温度保護素子と
を備え、
温度保護素子が、リード電極により集電体に電気的に接続され、温度保護素子の素子部の全体が、封止部のみに配置された外装フィルムに包まれるようにして封止部に配置される二次電池である。また、その二次電池が内蔵された電池パックである。
(1)電解メッキ :電気を印加しながら、薬液に浸す。
(2)無電解メッキ:電気を印加しないで、薬液に浸す。
(3)真空蒸着 :真空中に配置し、金属を気化させる。
(1)半田付け :薄い低融点金属(半田)を配置し、加熱する。
(2)加熱・加圧 :加熱しながら、加圧する。
(3)導電性接着剤:接合部に導電性接着剤を塗布し、接着する。
(4)超音波溶接 :溶接部を上・下から押さえ、超音波の横振動を加え、固層結合する。
(5)電気抵抗溶接:大きな電流を流して、高温に加熱して、溶接する。
(1)高い圧力(固層結合):金属板とポリマ素子を重ね、高い圧力と高い温度を加える。
(2)導電性接着剤 :導電性接着剤を塗布し、金属板とポリマ素子を重ね、圧力を加える。
(3)メッキ :ポリマ素子の表面に真空蒸着により、メッキする。
(1)最初にPTC素子とニッケル板とを接合した後、ニッケル板とアルミニウム板とを接合する。
(2)最初にニッケル板とアルミニウム板とを接合した後、PTC素子とニッケル板とを接合する。
(1)圧延方法 :2枚の金属板を重ね、ローラ等で、強い圧力を加えながら、薄く引き伸ばす。このような複合金属板を一般的に、クラッド材と呼ぶ。
(2)高い圧力(固層結合):2枚の金属板を重ね、高い圧力と高い温度を加える。
(3)導電性接着剤 :導電性接着剤を塗布し、2枚の金属板を重ね、圧力を加える。
(4)抵抗溶接 :2枚の金属板を重ね、下に金属ブロックの上に置き、上から、2本の電極棒を押し当て、電圧を印加し、大きな電流を流す。
(5)半田付け :薄い低融点金属(半田)を配置し、加熱する。
(1)電気抵抗溶接:接合部に大きな電流を流して、高温に加熱して、溶接する。
(2)超音波溶接 :接合部を上と下から押さえ、超音波の横振動を加え、固層結合する。
(3)導電性接着剤:接合部に導電性接着剤を塗布し、接着する。
(4)加熱・加圧 :接合部を加熱しながら、加圧する。
(5)半田付け :接合部に薄い低融点金属(半田)を配置し、加熱する。

Claims (6)
- 封止部を備える外装ケースと、
集電体を備える発電素子部と、
電解質に溶解しない金属で構成されるリード電極と、素子部とを備える温度保護素子と
を備え、
上記温度保護素子が、上記リード電極により上記集電体に電気的に接続され、上記温度保護素子の素子部の全体が、上記封止部のみに配置された外装フィルムに包まれるようにして上記封止部に配置される二次電池。 - 上記電解質に溶解しない金属が、アルミニウム、アルミニウム含有合金、白金、白金含有合金、金および金含有合金のいずれかである
請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 上記集電体が、正極集電体である
請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。 - 上記外装フィルムが封止板をさらに備え、
上記リード電極の一部および上記温度保護素子の素子部が、上記封止板により挟まれている
請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 上記温度保護素子の素子部と上記リード電極とが、上記リード電極を構成する金属とは異なる材質の金属を介して接合される
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の二次電池が内蔵された電池パック。
