Description

・該カルーセルの軸に対して120°の角度で該カルーセルに対面するよう取り付けられた2つの垂直な長方形のマグネトロンカソード;
・2つのカソード、即ち、Ti99.99ターゲットとAu99.99ターゲットのカソード;
・手動式インピーダンスマッチングボックスを備えたRF(13.56MHz)600W発生器によるカソードへの供給;
・質量流量計を介したガス供給(純度:5.7〜6.0);並びに
・限界真空を監視するためのペニング真空計、及び作業圧力を監視するための容量式ゲージ(絶対測定)による圧力監視;
を含んで成る。
・基材ホルダーのRF電力:>100W;
・アルゴン流量:>15cm3/分;
・酸素流量:>5cm3/分;
・全圧:<5Pa;及び
・継続時間:20〜30分;
により基材表面上で実施される。

Claims (10)
- その可視表面が特徴を有する、時計ケース上に取り付けることを意図したセラミック部材であり、該可視表面(1a)がそれぞれの特徴で穴(2)を有し、該穴(2)が該特徴のベース形状を有し、その深さが少なくとも0.05mmであり、該穴の側壁(2a)が該可視表面に対して本質的に垂直であり、該穴(2)の底部が、少なくとも100nm厚さの第1結合層(3)と、少なくとも100nm厚さのAu、Ag、CrN、Ni、Pt、TiN、ZrN、Pd又はそれらの合金の群から成る少なくとも1つの第2層とを有するセラミック部材を製造する方法であって、前記穴が、材料を機械的に除去する操作によって作られた後、前記セラミック部材が焼結され、焼結後、Ti、Ta、Cr又はThタイプの前記第1層が、マグネトロンスパッタリングによる物理気相成長(PVD)操作によって真空堆積され、続いて、大気へベントしないで、前記第2層がPVD堆積され、前記セラミック部材が、ベゼル上に弾性変形によって取り外し可能に取り付けることを意図したリング形状を有する、セラミック部材を製造する方法。
- 前記セラミック部材の形状が環状であり、前記可視表面を形成する面(1a)が裁頭円錐形(frustoconical shape)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミック部材の形状が多角形フレームの形状であり、前記可視表面を形成する面が先端を切り取ったピラミッドの形状を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴(5)が、ろう付けにより前記第2層(4)上に取り付けられ、該特徴のそれぞれのベースがそれぞれの穴の形状に対応し、該特徴の高さが該穴の深さよりも大きい、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴が前記第2層によって形成された、請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記特徴の表面が、前記可視表面よりも下にある、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記セラミックが、ZrO 2 、Al 2 O 3 又はこの2つの混合物である、請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記穴を有する前記セラミック部材の可視表面全体が前記層で覆われ、次いで、これらの層が、該穴にのみ該層を残すよう研磨によって該可視表面から除去される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- Au、Pt、Ag、Cr、Pd又はそれらの合金から作製された第3層が電着により堆積され、次いで、この第3層が前記可視表面から除去されるまで、該可視表面が材料除去の機械的操作にさらされる、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記穴(2)にろう付けペーストを幾らか堆積させ、特徴(5)がこれらの穴にろう付けされる、請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の方法。
