Description
−プラズマ処理またはガスバーナー炎により活性化させた金属管表面を生じさせ、その際該表面に対する作用時間は3秒以下であり、
−むき出しの活性化させた金属管表面にプラスチック被覆部を被着させ、
−前記被覆部を被着させた時点での金属管表面の温度は80℃未満である。
Claims (10)
- プラスチック被覆部を固着させた金属製導管の製造方法において、
−プラズマ処理またはガスバーナー炎により、活性化させた金属管表面を生じさせ、その際該表面に対する作用時間は3秒未満であり、
−活性化させた金属管表面にプラスチック被覆部を被着させ、
−前記被覆部を被着させた時点での金属管表面の温度が80℃未満である、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - ガスバーナー炎を使用する場合、バーナーガスとしてメタン、プロパン、またはブタンを空気過剰方式で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バーナーガスが20−30倍の空気過剰を有していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記被覆部を被着させる時点での金属管表面の温度が、室温から最大で50℃までの値であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記被覆部を被着させる前に、金属管表面に定着剤を備えさせることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 定着剤として、無水マレイン酸またはイオノマーによって機能化させたポリマーを使用することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 定着剤を箔として被着させることを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 定着剤の被着と前記被覆部の被着とを、時間的に且つ場所的に独立の2つのプロセスを介して行なうことを特徴とする、請求項5または6または7に記載の方法。
- 活性化させた金属管表面が45ないし75mN/mの表面張力を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 活性化させた金属管表面が55ないし75mN/mの表面張力を有していることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
