Description
この構成によれば、2つの能動素子のオン/オフの切替制御をスムーズに連続して行うことができる。
請求項4に記載の発明は、座部シート内部に配置したメイン電極と車両ボディとの間に発生させた微弱電界の乱れを電流又は電圧として出力する静電センサを備えると共に、この静電センサから出力される電流又は電圧に応じて座部シート上の被測定物の静電容量を測定するセンサ特性計測部を前記電子制御ユニットに更に備えることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- シートベルトの装着/非装着を判定するバックルスイッチと、
座部シートの前後間の位置を検出するシートポジションセンサと、
前記バックルスイッチ及び前記シートポジションセンサを個別に動作制御する2つの能動素子を有する動作制御部と、前記2つの能動素子に個別に電圧を供給してオン/オフ制御し、オン時にバックルスイッチ又はシートポジションセンサを動作させ、オフ時に停止させる演算制御手段とを有する電子制御ユニットとを備えた乗員検知装置において、
前記演算制御手段は、前記バックルスイッチの動作用の能動素子を所定時間オンとし、このオンがオフに切り換わるタイミングで、前記シートポジションセンサの動作用の能動素子を所定時間オンとする制御を行うことを特徴とする乗員検知装置。 - 前記演算制御手段は、前記バックルスイッチの動作用の能動素子を所定時間オンとするタイミングを一定時間毎に実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乗員検知装置。
- 前記2つの能動素子への通電のオン/オフを切替えるスイッチを有し、このスイッチは前記2つの能動素子に並列に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の乗員検知装置。
- 座部シート内部に配置したメイン電極と車両ボディとの間に発生させた微弱電界の乱れを電流又は電圧として出力する静電センサを備えると共に、この静電センサから出力される電流又は電圧に応じて座部シート上の被測定物の静電容量を測定するセンサ特性計測部を前記電子制御ユニットに更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の乗員検知装置。
