Description
Claims (1)
- ロータリーシリンダーの回転に従って流入口と流出口とが開閉され、空間体積の変化に従って流体を吐出し或いは圧縮するロータリーポンプであって、
凸状弓形上部面及び凸状弓形下部面を有するロータリーピストン;
前記ロータリーシリンダーの回転を許容する円筒形内部空間を有する筐体であり、該筐体の外周上の隣接する位置に前記流入口と前記流出口とを連通可能に備える筐体;
前記ロータリーピストンの旋回軸となる回転シャフト;
前記回転シャフト上に嵌め合わされる旋回シャフトであり、前記回転シャフトの中心軸に対して偏心した中心軸を有する旋回シャフト;を含み、
前記ロータリーピストンは、前記旋回軸の周りを旋回すべく前記旋回シャフト上に嵌め合わされ、
前記ロータリーシリンダーは、前記筐体の円筒内部空間内に密接に受け入れられ、且つ前記ロータリーピストンのスライド動作のためのロータリーシリンダー室をその内部に構成し、前記筐体の円筒内部空間内において回転するよう取り付けられ、
当該ロータリーポンプは、
前記流出口に接続される流出管であり、該流出管と前記流出口との間でその内側に突出する突起を構成するために前記流出口の直径よりも大きな直径を有する流出管と、
前記流出口のところに備えられ流体の圧力に応じて外側に開かれる蓋であり、前記流出口の外側で高い圧を受ける流体が前記ロータリーシリンダー室のうちの関連する一つに押し込められるのを防止する働きをする蓋であって、前記流入口が閉じられたときに前記流出口に連通している前記ロータリーシリンダー室のうちの関連する一つで当該蓋を外側に開く流体の圧力が消失することによって閉じられる蓋と、を更に有する、
ことを特徴とするロータリーポンプ。
