Claims (5)
- 外周面にボールが転走する螺旋状のボール転走溝、並びにローラが転走する螺旋状のローラ転走溝が形成されるねじ軸と、
内周面に前記ねじ軸の前記ボール転走溝に対向する螺旋状のボール転走溝が形成されるボール用ナットと、
内周面に前記ねじ軸の前記ローラ転走溝に対向する螺旋状のローラ転走溝が形成されるローラ用ナットと、
前記ねじ軸と前記ボール用ナットとの間に配列される複数のボールと、
前記ねじ軸と前記ローラ用ナットとの間に配列される複数のローラと、を備え、
前記ボール用ナットと前記ローラ用ナットとが軸線方向に連結され、
ボール群及びローラ群に対して前記ねじ軸の相反する方向に荷重を与え、前記ボール群の弾性変形を利用することで前記ローラ群に予圧をかけることを特徴とするねじ装置。 - 前記複数のローラはパラレル配列され、
パラレル配列された前記複数のローラは、前記ねじ軸の軸線方向の一方向の荷重を受け、且つ反対方向の荷重を受けることができないように、前記ねじ軸及び前記ローラ用ナットの前記ローラ転走溝に接触し、
前記複数のボールは、前記ねじ軸の軸線方向の前記反対方向の荷重を負荷できるように、前記ねじ軸及び前記ボール用ナットの前記ボール転走溝に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のねじ装置。 - 前記ボール用ナットと前記ローラ用ナットとの間には、シムが介在されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のねじ装置。
- 前記ねじ軸の前記ボール転走溝及び前記ローラ転走溝は、いずれも断面形状が等しく、且つ断面V字形状であり、
前記ボール用ナットの前記ボール転走溝及び前記ローラ用ナットの前記ローラ転走溝は、いずれも断面形状が等しく、且つ断面V字形状であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3いずれかに記載のねじ装置。 - 内周面にねじ軸のボール転走溝に対向する螺旋状のボール転走溝が形成されるボール用ナットをねじ軸に組み付け、このボール用ナットと前記ねじ軸との間にボールを配列する工程と、
内周面に前記ねじ軸のローラ転走溝に対向する螺旋状のローラ転走溝が形成されるローラ用ナットを前記ねじ軸に組み付け、このローラ用ナットと前記ねじ軸との間にローラを配列する工程と、
その後、互いに分離された前記ボール用ナットと前記ローラ用ナットとを前記ねじ軸の軸線方向に連結し、ボール群及びローラ群に対して前記ねじ軸の相反する方向に荷重を与え、前記ボール群の弾性変形を利用することで前記ローラ群に予圧をかける工程と、を備えることを特徴とするねじ装置の製造方法。
