Description
<a> 流体の通流路に設けられた流量センサであって、上記流体の正流および逆流の瞬時流量を計測可能な流量センサと、
<b> この流量センサにて計測された瞬時流量を平滑化する平滑化手段と、
<c> この平滑化手段にて求められた平滑化流量を積算して出力する積算カウンタと、
<d> 前記平滑化流量を監視して前記流体の揺動の有無を判定する判定手段と、
<e> この判定手段において揺動判定が行われている間、および揺動流であると判定されたとき前記積算カウンタに代わって前記平滑化流量を積算する補助カウンタと、
<f> 前記判定手段において通常流であると判定されたとき、上記補助カウンタによる積算流量を前記積算カウンタに加算して該積算カウンタによる前記平滑化流量の積算を再開させる制御手段と
を備えたことを特徴としている。
図1および図2はこの実施形態に係る流量計(ガスメータ)の概略構成を示すもので、図1はその一部を断面化して表した正面図、図2はその一部を断面化して表した側面図である。この流量計は、流体(ガス)の配管(図示せず)に結合される一対のフランジ継ぎ手管11,12の間に、その壁面に複数の熱式流量センサ13を装着した流路管14を連結して上記流体(ガス)の通流路を形成した流路ユニット15を主体として構成される。この流路ユニット15には、上記流路管14を覆ってカバー体16が装着され、このカバー体16に箱形の流量計本体17が装着されている。

Claims (5)
- 流体の通流路に設けられた流量センサであって、上記流体の正流および逆流の瞬時流量を計測可能な流量センサと、
この流量センサにて計測された瞬時流量を平滑化する平滑化手段と、
この平滑化手段にて求められた平滑化流量を積算して出力する積算カウンタと、
前記平滑化流量を監視して前記流体の揺動の有無を判定する判定手段と、
この判定手段において揺動判定が行われている間、および揺動流であると判定されたとき前記積算カウンタに代わって前記平滑化流量を積算する補助カウンタと、
前記判定手段において通常流であると判定されたとき、上記補助カウンタによる積算流量を前記積算カウンタに加算して該積算カウンタによる前記平滑化流量の積算を再開させる制御手段と
を具備したことを特徴とする流量計。 - 前記判定手段は、前記平滑化流量から逆流が検出されたときに揺動ありと判定し、前記平滑化流量が予め定めた期間に亘って正流であることを示すときに通常流であると判定するものである請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記判定手段は、前記平滑化流量から逆流が検出されたときに揺動ありと判定し、正流の前記平滑化流量が予め設定した閾値を超えたときには、直ちに通常流であると判定するものである請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記補助カウンタは、前記平滑化流量から逆流が検出される都度、その積算値がリセットされるものである請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記流量センサは、ヒータ素子を挟んで流体の通流方向に設けられた一対の感熱抵抗素子を備え、これらの感熱抵抗素子によりそれぞれ検出される温度の差から流体の質量流量とその通流方向とを求める熱式流量センサである請求項1に記載の流量計。
