Description
欧州特許出願公開第1201297 A1号明細書には、特にマイクロタイタープレート向けでもある試料容器用の撹拌装置が開示されており、この装置は、各試料容器支持台用に少なくとも1つの専用の電磁的駆動機構を有する。
このような混合器は、通常、200rpm〜1500rpmの回転数で駆動される。混合動作の回転数が、混合材料に必要な混合に基づいて、さらには機械的混合パラメータに基づいて設定可能であることが知られている。
Claims (5)
- 実験用容器の内容物を混合するためのマルチステーション混合装置(2)であって、
容器を、交換可能なブロック内に収容するためのホルダをそれぞれ有する少なくとも2つのアダプター板(4、6、8、10)と、
前記アダプター板の各々を、当該マルチステーション混合装置の残りの部分に対して、x方向において所定の自由度で、およびy方向において所定の自由度で取り付けるための、前記アダプター板の軸受(24、26、28、30)と、
水平面において、前記アダプター板の各点が、それぞれの中点を中心として、同じ半径、同じ角速度および同じ角度位置で環状に並進して振動する混合動作を行うように、前記アダプター板のそれぞれを、同じ角速度で起こる混合動作において駆動することができる駆動機構(22)と、
を有し、
前記混合動作の際の不均衡が少なくとも部分的に補正されるように、前記環状に並進して振動する混合動作において前記駆動機構によって前記アダプター板が駆動され得る起点となる前記アダプター板の開始位置が、混合動作のそれぞれの回転中点を中心として、別のアダプター板の開始位置から所定の角度だけ外れることを特徴とするマルチステーション混合装置。 - 前記駆動機構が、前記アダプター板を同じ回転方向に駆動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマルチステーション混合装置。
- 前記アダプター板が、平面図で見て、円上で鏡面対称におよび/または均等に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のマルチステーション混合装置。
- 前記所定の角度は、360°を前記アダプター板の合計数で除算して計算される角度であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチステーション混合装置。
- アダプター板が偶数であること、ならびに正反対に配置されたアダプター板の前記開始位置が、混合動作のそれぞれの回転中点を中心として、別のアダプター板の開始位置から180°だけ外れることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のマルチステーション混合装置。
