Description
(実施の形態1)
図1から図6は、この発明の実施の形態1における圧粉成形体の製造方法の工程を示す模式図である。図中では、各工程において置かれる軟磁性粉末の状態が模式的に表されている。以下、本実施の形態における製造方法を用いて圧粉磁心を作製する工程について説明を行なう。
図7中では、実施の形態1において図3を用いて説明した工程が示されている。本実施の形態における圧粉成形体の製造方法は、実施の形態1における製造方法と比較して、基本的には同様の工程を備える。以下、重複する工程については説明を繰り返さない。
Claims (6)
- 平均粒径Daを有する第1の軟磁性粉末(21)を、圧力Paで加圧成形して成形体部品(22)を形成する工程と、
平均粒径Dbを有する第2の軟磁性粉末(31)と前記成形体部品(22)とを、圧力Pbで加圧成形して成形体(41)を形成する工程とを備え、
前記第1および第2の軟磁性粉末(21,31)の平均粒径DaおよびDbは、Da/Db≧2の関係を満たし、加圧成形時の前記圧力PaおよびPbは、Pa/Pb≦1/2の関係を満たす、圧粉成形体の製造方法。 - 前記成形体部品(22)を形成する工程は、前記第1の軟磁性粉末(21)を、400MPa以下の圧力Paで加圧成形して成形体部品(22)を形成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 前記成形体部品(22)を形成する工程は、前記第2の軟磁性粉末(31)との接合面(22a)が凹凸形状となるように、前記成形体部品(22)を形成する工程を含む、請求項1に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 前記第1および第2の軟磁性粉末(21,31)は、複数の金属磁性粒子と、前記複数の金属磁性粒子の各々の表面を取り囲む絶縁被膜とをそれぞれ含む、請求項1に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 前記成形体(41)を形成する工程の後、前記成形体(41)を200℃以上500℃以下の温度で熱処理をする工程をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の圧粉成形体の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の製造方法を用いて作製された圧粉成形体であって、
前記第1の軟磁性粉末(21)と前記第2の軟磁性粉末(31)との境界位置において、前記第2の軟磁性粉末(31)を構成する粒子が前記第1の軟磁性粉末(21)を構成する粒子間に噛み込んでいる、圧粉成形体。
