Claims (11)
- ケーブル、パイプ、またはチューブ等の少なくとも1つの輸送装置が挿通された、または挿通される、壁中開口部を少なくとも一時的に耐火封止するための複数の第1および第2の耐火部品を備えるシステムであって、
前記複数の第1および前記第2の耐火部品は各々、少なくとも部分的に前記開口部内に設置可能であり、前記複数の第1の耐火部品は、前記輸送装置を少なくとも部分的に覆うように形成され、前記複数の第2の耐火部品は、前記複数の第1の耐火部品相互間および/または前記複数の第1の耐火部品と前記開口部の内壁との間に設置され、少なくとも実質的に完全に前記開口部を封止するよう形成され、前記複数の第1の耐火部品は、実質的に耐火性ゴムおよび/または耐火性サーモプラスチックで略形成され、
前記システムにおいて、前記複数の第2の耐火部品は、略閉じたセル構造を備えるエラストマーフォームベースの耐火材料で形成され、該フォームは、少なくとも1種類のクラスト形成性難燃材料を含み、
前記複数の第2の耐火部品の少なくとも1つは、板状材料の一部であって、前記複数の第2の耐火部品の少なくとも1つは、該板状材料中の弱め線に沿って該板状材料を割ることによって切り離すことができることを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記フォームは、pH中和性黒鉛材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記黒鉛材料は、摂氏200度を超える温度で膨張することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記クラスト形成性難燃材料は、リン酸ポリアンモニウムおよびリン酸メラミンから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1、2、または3に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第2の耐火部品の少なくとも1つは、板状または梁状の部材として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1の耐火部品の少なくとも1つはスリーブ形状であり、前記輸送装置を軸としてその周りに当該第1の耐火部品を配置することができるようにスロットが形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1の耐火部品の少なくとも1つは、前記スロットの長手方向端縁が材料応力により常に相互に重なり合うような状態にすることができることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1の耐火部品の少なくとも2つ、3つ、または4つは、該第1の耐火部品によって、前記輸送装置の周りに設置可能なスリーブを形成することができるよう形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の第1および/または第2の耐火部品各々の表面上に塗布することができる潤滑剤をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにより封止された開口部を備えることを特徴とする、ケーブル、パイプまたはチューブ等の少なくとも1つの輸送装置が挿通された、壁中に延在する開口部を備える壁。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステムにより少なくとも一時的に封止された貫通部を備えることを特徴とする、封止された貫通部を備える壁。
