Claims (14)
- ケース部材(3)と燃焼室(4)と燃焼室底床(14)と加熱装置(9)と前記燃焼室(4)内の温度を検出することができる少なくとも1つの光学式温度検出要素(6)を備えてなり少なくとも1つの歯科用燃焼対象物(2)を熱処理するための窯(1)であり、前記燃焼対象物(2)が燃焼室(4)内に存在している燃焼補助材(7)の上、および/または中、および/または下、および/またはそれに隣接して載置され、前記光学式温度検出要素(6)が前記燃焼補助材(7)の温度を燃焼対象物(2)の温度代わりに検出し、燃焼補助材(7)の温度は燃焼対象物の温度に対応することを特徴とする窯。
- 燃焼補助材(7)が燃焼対象物(2)と同等な化学/物理および/または熱および/または電気および/または誘電特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の窯。
- 燃焼補助材(7)が球体および/または顆粒および/または平行六面体および/または板片および/または粉末状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の窯。
- 燃焼補助材(7)と光学式温度検出要素(6)の間に測定信号の波長に対して透過性のパネル(13)が配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の窯。
- パネル(13)は燃焼室(4)の上面および/または側壁上および/または燃焼室底床(14)上に存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の給紙装置。
- 光学式温度検出要素(6)が燃焼室(4)の上面および/または側壁上および/または燃焼室底床(14)上に存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 光学式温度検出要素(6)が窯(1)の制御ユニットと結合されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 光学式温度検出要素(6)が高温計から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 高温計の全測定点の中に少なくとも燃焼補助材(7)の一部および/または少なくとも燃焼対象物(2)の一部が存在することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 加熱装置(9)が一般的なガスあるいは電気加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 加熱装置(9)が誘導加熱装置あるいはマイクロ波加熱装置であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 燃焼室(4)が固定的に配置されている燃焼室底床(14)に対して垂直に変位可能および/または旋回可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 燃焼室底床(14)が固定的に配置された燃焼室(4)に対して垂直に変位可能および/または旋回可能および/または回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の窯。
- 請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の窯(1)を使用した、特に歯科用燃焼対象物(2)を焼結するための熱処理の方法。
