Description
Claims (14)
- 入口、出口、および、この入口から出口に延びる流路が形成された弁箱と、
この弁箱に接続された、流体が通過するオリフィスを形成する弁座リングと、
前記弁箱に接続され且つ内部空洞を有するケージであって、流体が通過する少なくとも一つの流路を含むケージと、
ケージの前記内部空洞に進入しうるサイズにされ、軸に沿って開位置と閉位置との間を移動可能に構成された絞り要素であって、前記軸に実質的に平行なシール面が形成された絞り要素と、
この絞り要素が実質的に閉位置にあるときに前記シール面に係止し、そうすることによって前記弁座リングのオリフィスを通過する流体の流れを制限するシールと、を備えており、
前記シールはC字状断面を有し、前記シール面に係止するときには当該シール面に接触するとともに、C字状断面の開口が前記ケージと絞り要素との間の隙間に臨んで対向するように配設されている、流体制御装置。 - 前記絞り要素が、閉位置にあるときに弁座リングに係止するように配置されたシート面を含んでおり、この絞り要素の前記シール面が絞り要素のシート面から離間している、請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記絞り要素が閉位置にあるときに、第一漏洩経路が、絞り要素とケージとの間に形成されるとともに、ケージの少なくとも一つの通路と弁座リングのオリフィスとの間に延び、前記シールが、第一漏洩経路を通過する流体の流れを実質的に防止する、請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記シール面が絞り要素の外周面に配置されている請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記ケージが弁座リングに接続されており、このケージと弁座リングとがシールを収容しうるサイズの凹所を形成している、請求項4記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記シール面が、絞り要素の内周面に配置されている請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記弁座リングが、前記絞り要素の内周面に向き且つシールを収容しうるサイズのチャンネルが形成されたグランド部を含んでいる、請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記前記シールがオーリングを有している請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記絞り要素のシール面が軸方向の幅を有しており、前記シールが絞り要素のシール面の軸方向幅のうちの如何なる部分にも係止する、請求項1記載の流体制御装置。
- 入口、出口、および、この入口から出口に延びる流路が形成された弁箱と、
この弁箱に接続された、流体が通過するオリフィスを形成する弁座リングと、
前記弁箱に接続され且つ内部空洞を有するケージであって、流体が通過する少なくとも一つの流路を含むケージと、
ケージの前記内部空洞に進入しうるサイズにされ、軸に沿って開位置と閉位置との間を移動可能に構成された絞り要素であって、前記軸に実質的に平行なシール面が形成された絞り要素と、
この絞り要素が実質的に閉位置にあるときに前記シール面に係止し、そうすることによって前記弁座リングのオリフィスを通過する流体の流れを制限するシールと、を備えており、
前記閉位置は、絞り要素が弁座リングに係止する位置であり、前記シール面が絞り要素の外周面に位置しており、
前記シールはC字状断面を有し、前記シール面に係止するときには当該シール面に接触するとともに、C字状断面の開口が前記ケージと絞り要素との間の隙間に臨んで対向するように配設されている、流体制御装置。 - 前記絞り要素が、閉位置にあるときに弁座リングに係止するように配置されたシート面を含んでおり、この絞り要素の前記シール面が絞り要素のシート面から離間している、請求項10記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記絞り要素が閉位置にあるときに、第一漏洩経路が、絞り要素とケージとの間に形成されるとともに、ケージの少なくとも一つの通路と弁座リングのオリフィスとの間に延び、前記シールが、第一漏洩経路を通過する流体の流れを実質的に防止する、請求項10記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記ケージが弁座リングに接続されており、このケージと弁座リングとがシールを収容しうるサイズの凹所を形成している、請求項10記載の流体制御装置。
- 前記絞り要素のシール面が軸方向の幅を有しており、前記シールが絞り要素のシール面の軸方向幅のうちの如何なる部分にも係止する、請求項10記載の流体制御装置。
