Description
ここで、第1の環状溝および第2の環状溝の底部の第1の環状薄肉部との境界がR形状に面取りされているようにしてもよい。
ここで、第3の環状溝および第4の環状溝の底部の第2の環状薄肉部との境界がR形状に面取りされているようにしてもよい。
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1の実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
ケージ30の側壁には、流路12と連続し、流路12と流路13とを連通する複数個の流体通過用の窓31が開口されている。
ケージ30内周壁の窓31の上下には、それぞれ上部弁座32および下部弁座33が形成されている。
同様に、セルフシール構造43にも、第2の薄肉部43cの下方(下流側)に第4の環状溝43bが形成されている。これにより、第2の薄肉部43cは脱落しても第4の環状溝43b内に留まるので、下流側に第2の薄肉部43cが流出することを防ぐことができる。
例えば図3に示すように矢印bの側から流体が流入する場合、下部弁座33におよび上部着座部41にセルフシール構造36,44を設けるようにすればよい。
Claims (2)
- 流体の流入路および流出路を有する本体と、
この本体の内部に固定され、前記流入路および前記流出路の少なくとも一方と連通する窓を有する筒状のケージと、
このケージ内を前記ケージの軸線に沿って摺動し、前記窓を開閉する弁プラグと、
前記弁プラグに設けられ、前記弁プラグが前記窓を全閉する位置にあるときに流体の圧力を受けて前記ケージと前記弁プラグとの間の密閉性を向上させるセルフシール構造とを備え、
前記弁プラグは、有天筒状に形成され、天部側の外周壁に設けられた第1の着座部と、底部側の外周壁に設けられた第2の着座部とを有し、
前記ケージは、前記窓よりも前記第1の着座部側の内周壁に形成され、この第1の着座部に着脱可能に当接する第1の弁座と、前記窓よりも前記第2の着座部側の内周壁に形成され、この第2の着座部に着脱可能に当接する第2の弁座とを有し、
前記セルフシール構造は、前記弁プラグの外周壁面を加工して前記弁プラグの前記第1の着座部および前記第2の着座部の少なくとも一方に形成された第1の環状溝および第2の環状溝と、前記第1の環状溝および前記第2の環状溝との間に形成され流体の圧力を受けて変形する環状薄肉部とから構成され、
前記環状薄肉部の周縁部は、前記ケージの軸線に垂直な方向から見たときに前記環状薄肉部の径方向に対して斜めに形成され、前記弁プラグが前記窓を全閉する位置にあるときに前記環状薄肉部の周縁が前記第1の弁座または前記第2の弁座と対向していることを特徴とするケージ弁。 - 請求項1記載のケージ弁において、
前記第1の環状溝および前記第2の環状溝の底部の前記環状薄肉部との境界がR形状に面取りされている
ことを特徴とするケージ弁。
