Description
Claims (3)
- 外科用器具(20)が挿入される内視鏡(10)の手術ダクト(12)に対する外科用器具(20)の位置を測定するための装置であって、
測定信号を生成するためのジェネレータ(30,27)と、
前記測定信号を前記手術ダクト(12)及び前記器具(20)に対して接続するための手段(24,33)と、
前記手術ダクト(12)内での前記位置にしたがって前記器具(20)が前記測定信号に及ぼす位置の影響を測定するとともに、当該影響に応じた表示信号を生成するための測定器(31,32;40)と、
を備え、
前記ジェネレータ(30)が、AC信号又はパルス形状DC信号を前記測定信号として生成し、
前記測定器(31,40)が、前記器具(20)と前記手術ダクト(12)の少なくとも壁(13)の領域との間の複素インピーダンスを位置の影響として測定して前記手術ダクト(12)に対する前記外科用器具(20)の前記位置を決定するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記測定器(31)が、オシレータ回路又はPLL回路を含み、前記複素インピーダンスが、前記オシレータ回路の共振周波数を決定するための可変要素となるように設定される
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記外科用器具(20)が電極(24)を有するプローブを備え、前記電極(24)と前記内視鏡(10)及び/又は前記手術ダクト(12)の前記壁(13)との間の前記複素インピーダンスが測定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
