Claims (3)
- プロペラシャフトに設けられ、車両の被取付部に取り付けられる取付部材と、
該取付部材にほぼ一定の径で貫通形成されたボルト挿通孔と、
該ボルト挿通孔の内部に挿通される軸部の先端外周に形成されて、前記被取付部に形成された雌ねじ孔に螺着される雄ねじ部を有するボルトと、
該ボルトの前記軸部または雄ねじ部の外周に熱収縮して密着し、外周面が前記ボルト挿通孔の内周面に当接して前記ボルトを前記ボルト挿通孔の内部に仮止め状態に保持させるチューブと、
該チューブの位置より先端側の前記雄ねじ部の外周に塗布され、前記雌ねじ孔との間に介在することで緩み止め効果を発揮する緩み止め剤と、を備え、
前記ボルトをボルト挿通孔に前記チューブを介して仮止め状態に保持した際に、前記雄ねじ部に塗布された緩み止め剤の外径が前記チューブの外径より小径となっていることを特徴とするプロペラシャフトのボルト支持構造。 - 前記緩み止め剤は、前記ボルトが前記仮止め状態に保持された際に、前記取付部材の内部に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフトのボルト支持構造。
- 前記ボルトは、前記雄ねじ部よりも小径の先端部を有し、
該先端部は、前記ボルトが前記仮止め状態に保持された際に、前記取付部材から突出するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロペラシャフトのボルト支持構造。
