Claims (7)
- 生物学的且つ化学的毒物及び有害物に対する防護機能を有する吸着フィルタ材料であって、
該吸着フィルタ材料が、ガス透過性、水透過性及び水蒸気透過性であり、
前記吸着フィルタ材料が、第1の外側支持層と、第2の外側支持層と、前記第1の外側支持層及び第2の外側支持層の間に設けられた吸着層とからなる複数層構造を有し、
前記吸着フィルタ材料が少なくとも一つの触媒活性成分を有すると共に、前記第1の外側支持層及び第2の外側支持層の少なくとも1つが、触媒活性成分を有し、
前記触媒活性成分が、銅、銀及びそれらの混合物、これらの金属のイオン及び塩を有するものの中から選択される金属又は金属化合物に基づくものであり;且つ
第1の外側支持層が、シート状及び二次元織布であること、及び、第2に外側支持層が、シート状及び二次元織布であること、
前記触媒活性成分が、第1及び第2の外側支持層の少なくとも一つの織布に具備されること、前記触媒活性成分が、織布を形成する繊維、糸、紡ぎ糸、又は単繊維に具備されることを特徴とする吸着フィルタ材料。 - 前記吸着層は、活性炭に基づくものであり、前記活性炭は、活性炭粒子及び/若しくは活性炭繊維の形で存在することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料。
- 前記吸着層から離れた側の前記第1又は第2の外側支持層の側面に配される少なくとも一つの上部層を具備し、前記上部層は、疎油性及び/若しくは疎水性含浸物を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料。
- 前記触媒活性成分は、Ag、Ag2O、Cu、Cu2O、CuO及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料。
- 第1及び/若しくは第2の外側支持層に基づく触媒活性成分の量は、0.001重量%〜20重量%の範囲内であり、吸着フィルタ材料に基づく触媒活性成分の量は、0.0001重量%〜10重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料。
- 請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料を具備する防護服。
- 請求項1記載の吸着フィルタ材料を具備するフィルタ材料。
