Claims (11)
- ビールを濾過するための方法であって、製造されるべきビールが未濾過液(U)としてフィルタ(1)へと案内される方法において、
製造されるべきビールが前記フィルタ(1)へと導入される前に、該ビールに対して振動プロセスが施され、
前記振動プロセス中に、製造されるべきビールが、振動要素(3)により波が機械的に生成される容器(2)内に導入され、
前記振動要素(3)の振動周波数f(t)が30〜220Hzの範囲内であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記振動要素(3)の振動周波数f(t)が下限周波数fminと上限周波数fmaxとの間の周波数範囲(B)内で変調されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 振動周波数f(t)が正弦関数的に変調されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 振動周波数f(t)が、0.1〜5分の範囲内の位相持続時間で変調されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の方法。
- 周波数範囲(B)が30〜220Hzの全周波数範囲(A)内であることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 下限周波数が90Hzであり、上限周波数が120Hzであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 上限周波数と下限周波数との間の差fmax−fminが10〜50Hzであることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 未濾過液がプレコートフィルタ(1)、または、膜フィルタによって濾過されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ビール浄化のために発酵プロセス後にビールが未濾過液として濾過されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 濾過されていないビールが、醸造ハウスプロセス中、および、発酵プロセス前、または、醸造ハウスプロセス後、振動プロセスを受けることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 製造されるべきビールが、少なくとも2つの振動要素を用いて振動されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
