Description
A:ハンター白色度 72.4%
・白色度: JIS8148(ISO白色度)
クラフト蒸解−酸素脱リグニン後、初段二酸化塩素段−アルカリ抽出/酸素/過酸化水素段−過酸化水素段後のN材パルプAにD1段(最終二酸化塩素段)の終pHが4.00,4.30,4.50になるよう水酸化ナトリウムをあるいは硫酸を添加し、次いで、二酸化塩素を0.3%添加し、パルプ濃度を10%、温度70℃の条件で180分処理した。反応終了後、冷水にてパルプ濃度2.5%に希釈し、パルプ濃度20%まで脱水してD1段漂白パルプを得た。このパルプ絶乾16gを2Lの純水で希釈し、pHを4.5に調製後、濾紙に抄紙一晩風乾して、抄紙サンプル2枚を得た。
実施例1において、終pHを3.70,4.82,5.03,5.21とする以外は、実施例1と同様に行った。
Claims (2)
- 針葉樹を原料とする製紙用化学パルプの漂白方法において、蒸解処理−酸素脱リグニン処理後、二酸化塩素段、アルカリ抽出/酸素/過酸化物段および過酸化物段から構成される多段漂白処理の、最終二酸化塩素処理の終pHを4.0〜4.5に維持することを特徴とする製紙用化学パルプの製造方法。
- 過酸化物が過酸化水素である請求項1に記載の製紙用化学パルプの製造方法。
