Description
Claims (19)
- ハウジング(102;302;502;712)と、外科用駆動部(120;320;520;714)とを含む外科用機械(100;300;500;700)であって、
前記駆動部(120;320;520;714)と前記ハウジング(102;302;502;712)とが、着脱自在となるよう直接的又は間接的に接続可能であること、
プッシュボタンユニット(140;340;540;729)が、前記外科用機械(100;300;500;700)の回転速度及び/又は回転方向を設定するために、作動方向(104;304;504;794)に移動するよう装着された少なくとも1つの作動部材(136,138;336;536;726,728)を備えること、
前記プッシュボタンユニット(140;340;540)がフレーム(128;328;528)を含むこと、
磁界又は電界を生成するためにフィールド生成ユニット(266;782)が設けられ、かつ、前記作動部材(136;336;536;726)の移動及び/又は位置に応じて作動信号を生成するために少なくとも1つの作動センサ(264;770)が設けられると共に、生成される前記作動信号が、前記フィールド生成ユニット(266;782)により生成されるフィールドのフィールド強度及び/又は変化と関連付けられ、かつ、前記変化が前記作動部材(136;336;536;726)の移動の結果として生じること、
前記作動センサ(264;770)がリターンパスシステム(776)によって前記フィールド生成ユニット(266,782)と結合されること、
前記フィールド生成ユニット(266,782)によって生成された、前記作動センサ(264,770)の位置で作用するフィールドに変化を生じさせるために、フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)が設けられ、かつ、前記変化が前記作動部材(136;336;536;726)の移動及び/又は位置変化の結果として生じること、及び
前記フィールド生成ユニット(266;782)、前記リターンパスシステム(776)、及び前記作動センサ(264;770)が凹部(268;784)を画定し、かつ
前記フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)が、前記作動部材(136;336;536;726;728)の移動によって少なくとも部分的に前記凹部(268;784)内に導入され得るよう配置されること、
を特徴とする機械。 - 請求項1に記載の機械において、前記作動センサ(264;770)及び前記フィールド生成ユニット(266;782)が互いに固定して配置されることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の機械において、前記作動センサが磁界センサ(264;770)であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項3に記載の機械において、前記磁界センサがホールセンサ(264;770)であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)が、少なくとも一部で磁気的に分極可能であり、かつ0とは異なる磁化率χmを有することを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項5に記載の機械において、前記フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)が、少なくとも部分的に、反磁性、常磁性、強磁性、反強磁性、又はフェリ磁性であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項5又は6に記載の機械において、前記フィールド変化部材が軟鉄要素(448;648;788)であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記フィールド生成ユニットが磁石(266;782)であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項8に記載の機械において、前記磁石が永久磁石(266;782)であることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項8に記載の機械において、前記磁石(266;782)がコイルにより生成されることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記作動センサ(264;770)が前記フィールド生成ユニット(266;782)の極の間に配置されることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項11に記載の機械において、前記作動センサ(264;770)がリングコイルのギャップに配置されることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)の断面(798;800)が、前記作動部材(136;336;536;726;728)の作動方向(304;504;794)において変化することを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項13に記載の機械において、前記断面(798,800)が増加することを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記リターンパスシステム(776)が磁気リターンパスシステムであることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記凹部(268;784)が略矩形の断面を有することを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、前記作動部材(136,138;336;536;726,728)が前記フィールド変化部材(448;648;788)を担持することを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、フィールド生成ユニット(226)が電源及び制御ユニット(110)に配置されることを特徴とする機械。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか1つに記載の機械において、
前記機械(100;300;500;700)が少なくとも2つの異なる動作モードを有し、かつ、前記少なくとも1つの作動部材(136;336;536;728)の第1動作モード位置が第1動作モードに関連付けられること、及び
駆動ユニット(100;300;500;700)を前記第1動作モードから第2動作モードに切り替えるため、前記少なくとも1つの作動部材(136;336;536;728)が前記第1動作モード位置から第2動作モード位置へと回転軸を中心に回転可能であり、かつ、前記第2動作モード位置が前記機械(100;300;500;700)の前記第2動作モードに関連付けられていること、
を特徴とする機械。
