Claims (3)
- 基板上に形成された単一の情報記録層を、光透過性を有するカバー層で覆ってなる光ディスクに対し、前記カバー層側から開口数が0.85のレンズを介してレーザ光を照射することにより前記情報記録層に対する情報の記録再生を行なう記録再生装置であり、前記カバー層の屈折率nが1.62で厚さが0.100mmである光ディスクに対して球面収差が補正される仕様となされた記録再生装置により、情報の記録再生が行なわれる光ディスクを製造する方法であって、
前記カバー層の屈折率nが1.62から変化した場合に、前記仕様の記録再生装置によって球面収差を補正することが可能となる前記カバー層の厚さを示す関数f(n)
- 前記カバー層に入射されるレーザ光の波長が395〜415nmで、前記カバー層の屈折率が1.47〜1.67の範囲に設定された請求項1記載の光ディスクの製造方法。
- 前記f(n)−0.004mmが示す曲線を複数の直線で近似した境界線を、前記カバー層の厚さの最小値とするとともに、前記f(n)+0.004mmが示す曲線を複数の直線で近似した境界線を、前記カバー層の厚さの最大値とした請求項1記載の光ディスクの製造方法。
