Claims (4)
- 金属基板の両面に弾性シール層を被着一体とした環状ガスケットの製造方法であって、
金属板を、所定のガスケット幅よりやや幅広であって、所定の環状形状を構成する複数の上記金属基板用分割構成材として打抜き加工し、これら複数の構成材を突合せて環状形状に仮組し、この突合せ部分を互いに溶接接合することで前記金属板からなる環状体を作製し、この環状体を平プレス機で加圧処理した後に、当該環状体の両面に弾性コンパウンド材を被着一体化して弾性シール層を形成し、爾後所定のガスケット形状に打抜き加工することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載のガスケットの製造方法において、
前記溶接接合が、レーザースポット溶接によってなされることを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のガスケットの製造方法において、
前記弾性コンパウンド材が、圧縮性繊維を含有するゴムコンパウンドシートからなり、
前記加圧処理がなされた後の前記環状体の両面を該環状体の幅より幅広に打ち抜いた未加硫の前記ゴムコンパウンドシートでコーティングした後、加硫処理を施すことによって前記ゴムコンパウンドシートを被着一体化して前記弾性シール層を形成することを特徴とするガスケットの製造方法。 - 複数の金属板製分割構成材を互いに溶接接合して環状に形成した金属基板の両面に、弾性シール層が被着一体に形成されたガスケットであって、
請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のガスケットの製造方法によって得られたものであることを特徴とするガスケット。
