Claims (5)
- 処理対象物が収納されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に一部が挿入されると共に、所定の紫外線を透過可能な保持管と、
前記保持管を介して前記処理対象物に対して所定の紫外線を放射する紫外線放射部を有し、且つ、前記紫外線放射部の一部が前記ケーシングから露出された1又は2以上の紫外線発生源と、
前記紫外線発生源を前記ケーシングに保持する保持具と、
前記紫外線発生源の出力を検出する紫外線検出センサと、を備え、
前記保持具は、
前記紫外線放射部の前記ケーシングから露出した部分の一部を覆う被覆部材と、
前記紫外線発生源の所定以上の偏りを防止する姿勢規制部材と、
前記保持管の上端部を覆い保持するキャップと、を有し、
前記被覆部材に前記紫外線検出センサを支持し、
前記紫外線検出センサの受光部を、前記キャップよりも上側に配置し、前記保持管によっては覆われていない前記紫外線放射部の前記露出した部分に対向させて、当該紫外線検出センサで前記紫外線放射部から放射される紫外線を直接検出するようにしたことを特徴とする電磁波照射装置。 - 処理対象物が収納されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシング内に一部が挿入されると共に、所定の紫外線を透過可能な保持管と、
前記保持管を介して前記処理対象物に対して所定の紫外線を放射する紫外線放射部を有し、且つ、前記紫外線放射部の一部が前記ケーシングから露出された1又は2以上の紫外線発生源と、
前記紫外線発生源を前記ケーシングに保持する保持具と、
前記紫外線発生源の出力を検出する紫外線検出センサと、を備え、
前記保持具は、
前記紫外線放射部の前記ケーシングから露出した部分の一部を覆う被覆部材と、
前記紫外線発生源の所定以上の偏りを防止する姿勢規制部材と、
連通穴を有し、前記保持管の上端部に着脱可能に取り付けられるキャップと、
前記キャップと前記ケーシングの上蓋の間に配置され、前記キャップと前記ケーシングの上蓋を連結するジョイントと、を有し、
前記被覆部材に前記紫外線検出センサを支持し、
前記紫外線検出センサの受光部を、前記保持管の前記ケーシングから露出した部分によって覆われている前記紫外線放射部の前記露出した部分に当該保持管及び前記キャップの前記連通穴を介して対向させて、当該紫外線検出センサで前記紫外線放射部から放射される紫外線を検出するようにしたことを特徴とする電磁波照射装置。 - 前記被覆部材には、前記紫外線検出センサを固定するためのブラケットを設け、
前記ブラケットは一対の挟持片からなり、当該一対の挟持片間に前記紫外線検出センサを保持した
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁波照射装置。 - 前記紫外線は、少なくとも100nm乃至480nmの波長領域を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁波照射装置。 - 前記姿勢規制部材には、前記紫外線発生源のリード線を外部に引き出すための切欠き部
と、前記紫外線発生源の熱を外部に逃がすための放熱路と、を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁波照射装置。
