Claims (12)

前記鉱物繊維の組成は、アルカリ/アルカリ土類の質量比が1未満であり、
前記絶縁要素の繊維構造は、
繊維化されていない粒状部分であるビードの量が、1%未満であること、
幾何学的な平均繊維直径が、4μm以下であること、および、
単位面積重量が、0.8〜4.3kg/m2 の範囲内であることによって決定され、
前記鉱物繊維の質量に対する結合剤の部分の質量が、0.5〜4重量%の範囲内であり、
前記絶縁要素の単位面積重量は、
国際海事機関(IMO)標準に準拠する耐火区分A15に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては、0.8〜1.4kg/m 2 の範囲内、
IMO標準に準拠する耐火区分A30に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては、1.2〜1.8kg/m 2 の範囲内、および、
IMO標準に準拠する耐火区分A60に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては、2.0〜2.5kg/m 2 の範囲内となるように決定されることを特徴とする、絶縁要素。 - 生理的試剤に可溶な鉱物繊維から構成され、船舶隔壁の防火および/または断熱および/または防音のために使用される、プレート状またはロールフェルト状の絶縁要素であって、
前記鉱物繊維の組成は、アルカリ/アルカリ土類の質量比が1未満であり、
前記絶縁要素の繊維構造は、
繊維化されていない粒状部分であるビードの量が、1%未満であること、
幾何学的な平均繊維直径が、4μm以下であること、および、
単位面積重量が、0.8〜4.3kg/m2 の範囲内であることによって決定され、
前記鉱物繊維の質量に対する結合剤の部分の質量が、0.5〜4重量%の範囲内であり、
前記絶縁要素の単位面積重量は、
国際海事機関(IMO)標準に準拠する耐火区分A15に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合おいては、0.8〜1.4kg/m 2 の範囲内、
IMO標準に準拠する耐火区分A30に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合おいては、2.3〜3.0kg/m 2 の範囲内、および、
IMO標準に準拠する耐火区分A60に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合おいては、3.2〜4.3kg/m 2 の範囲内となるように決定されることを特徴とする、絶縁要素。 - 前記結合剤は、有機結合剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の絶縁要素。

- ドイツ工業規格(DIN)18165に準拠するλ計算値が、35mW/mK以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁要素。
- 前記絶縁要素が、少なくともその梱包のために、
50kg/m3までの総密度を有する場合は、1:2の体積比で圧縮可能であり、
30kg/m3までの総密度を有する場合は、1:3の体積比で圧縮可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁要素。 - ロールフェルト状の前記絶縁要素であって、
前記鉱物繊維の組成は、アルカリ/アルカリ土類の質量比が1未満であり、
前記絶縁要素の繊維構造は、幾何学的な平均繊維直径が4μm以下であることによって決定され、
前記ロールフェルトの形態は、段付けされたワイヤマットの形態を特徴とし、
前記絶縁要素の使用温度は、500℃を超え、
前記絶縁要素の総密度は、45〜75kg/m3の範囲内であり、
前記鉱物繊維の質量に対する結合剤の部分の質量は、2重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の絶縁要素。 - 前記鉱物繊維が、遠心バスケット法の内部遠心分離によって、少なくとも1100℃の前記遠心バスケット温度で製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁要素。
- 前記絶縁要素は、船舶のフレームの絶縁のために、成形によって製造された成形区間として当該フレームに適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁要素。
- 前記成形区間は、熱ブリッジを設けない1つの工程により前記フレームを囲みこむように適用されるアルミニウム箔またはガラス布フリースの積層を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の絶縁要素。
- 前記鉱物繊維が、生理学的環境における溶解度に関して、欧州ガイドライン97/69/EGの要件および/またはドイツ危険物規制(German dangerous material regulation)第4節、第22号の要件を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の絶縁要素。
- 前記鉱物繊維の化学組成が、SiO239〜55重量%、Al2O316〜27重量%
、CaO6〜20重量%、MgO1〜5重量%、Na2O0〜15重量%、K2O0〜15重量%、R2O(Na2O+K2O)10〜14.7重量%、P2O50〜3重量%、Fe2O3(鉄の総量)1.5〜15重量%、B2O 3 0〜2重量%、TiO20〜2重量%、その他0〜2.0重量%とすることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の絶縁要素。
