Description
Claims (16)
- 囲い枠組みと、
前記囲い枠組みの一方側面および他方側面に取り付けられる鋼板外殻と、
生理学的環境内において可溶性であり、且つ結合剤によって補強された鉱物繊維からなるプレート状の絶縁要素から形成され、ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part5に規定する耐火区分T(Fire resistance category T)の分類の要求を満たすために前記鋼板外殻の間に組み込まれる耐熱性の防火インセットと、を備える防火扉であって、
前記絶縁要素を構成する前記鉱物繊維の組成は、アルカリ/アルカリ土類質量比が1未満となる特性を有し、
前記絶縁要素の繊維構造は、
平均の幾何学的繊維直径が4μm以下、
前記絶縁要素の繊維質量に対する前記結合剤部分の質量が1〜3重量%の範囲内、および、
総密度が60〜130kg/m3の範囲内となるように決定され、
前記総密度は、
前記ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part5に規定する耐火区分T30の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合おいては60〜80kg/m3、
前記ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part5に規定する耐火区分T60の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては80〜110kg/m3、および、
前記ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part5に規定する耐火区分T90の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては110〜130kg/m3となるように決定されることを特徴とする、防火扉。 - 前記結合剤は、有機結合剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の防火扉。
- 前記有機結合剤は、フェノールホルムアルデヒド樹脂であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の防火扉。
- 前記絶縁要素の繊維質量に対する前記結合剤部分の質量が、1〜2重量%の範囲内であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- 前記絶縁要素は、ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part17による1000℃以上の融点を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- 前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維が、少なくとも1100℃の温度で、オリフィスが設けられた周壁を有するバスケットを用いた遠心分離によって製作されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- DIN EN826による10%の座屈での圧力応力として測定される、前記防火扉に組み込まれる前記絶縁要素の復元力が、
前記耐火区分T30の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては4kPa未満、
前記耐火区分T60の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては6kPa未満、および、
前記耐火区分T90の分類に相当する耐火性能を有するように前記絶縁要素を構成する場合においては8kPa未満となることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。 - 前記絶縁要素が、熱の影響により脱水する脱水物質を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- 前記脱水物質は、水酸化アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の防火扉。
- 前記脱水物質が、前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維間の少なくとも1つの個別の層に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の防火扉。
- 前記個別の層は、前記絶縁要素の一方側面および他方側面に相当する両方の主面と平行に配置された平面であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の防火扉。
- 前記脱水物質が、前記絶縁要素内に均一に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の防火扉。
- 前記絶縁要素の前記鉱物繊維が、生理学的環境内における可溶性に関して、欧州ガイドライン96/69/EGの要件、および/または、ドイツ危険物規定第4章22号の要件を満たすことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- 前記絶縁要素においては、繊維化されていない粒状部分であるビード部分が、1重量%未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の防火扉。
- 囲い枠組みと、
前記囲い枠組みの一方側面および他方側面に取り付けられた鋼板外殻と、
生理学的環境内において可溶性であり、且つ結合剤によって補強された鉱物繊維からなるプレート状の絶縁要素から形成され、ドイツ工業規格:DIN4102 Part5に規定する耐火区分T(fire resistance category T)の分類の要求を満たすために前記鋼板外殻の間に組み込まれる耐熱性の防火インセットと、を備える防火扉に用いられる前記防火インセットであって、
前記絶縁要素が、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の特徴を有する、防火インセット。
