Description
ステップ1:5−(2−メチルメルカプト)−ヒダントインの形成
a)水によって洗浄するかまたはメチルメルカプトプロピオンアルデヒド(MMP)が最大で溶解限度にまで溶解されて存在する水によって洗浄し、
b)次いで、MMPによって洗浄し、
c)その後、水によって洗浄し、
d)こうして浄化されたCO2を製造プロセスに返送することを特徴とする、メチルメルカプタンを含有するCO2含有ガス流を浄化するための方法である。
a)得られた洗浄液をメチオニンまたはメチオニンの前駆体のための製造プロセスに返送し、
b)浄化されたCO2ガス流を、メチオニンのアルカリ塩溶液を有する反応器内に導入し、メチオニンを前記塩から沈殿させると有利である。
例1
欧州特許第0780370号明細書に記載されたように、ヒダントイン加水分解は(K2)において、有利には7〜9barの圧力で実施され、CO2によるカリウム塩からのメチオニンの遊離は(R2)において2〜5barの圧力で実施される。したがって、設備部分であるヒダントイン加水分解塔(K2)と、ヒダントイン反応器(R1)と、CO2洗浄システムとを共通して、反応器(R2)よりも高い圧力に保持することが特に有利であり、これによって、洗浄されたCO2(6)が別の搬送機構なしに沈殿反応器(R2)内に到達する。装置的な費用を最小限に抑えるために、上述したような3段階のCO2洗浄を、2つの中間トレイを備えた塔内で1つにまとめることがさらに有利である。
連続的に運転されるヒダントイン反応器(R1)にHCN(1)とMMP(2)とが供給される(ステップ1)。3を介して、反応パートナであるNH3とCO2とが加水分解・ストリッピング塔(K2)から添加される(ステップ2+3)。McおよびNH3含有の過剰のCO2がヒダントイン反応器(R1)から5を介して流出し、洗浄塔(K1,C)の下側の部分で水溶液8によってNH3不含に洗浄される。次いで、ガスが下方から洗浄ゾーン(K1,B)内に流入し、向流でMMP(10)によってMc不含に洗浄される。最後に、ガスが水(7)によって純化され、塔(K1)から6を介して流出する。Mcが負荷されたMMP(ヘミチオアセタール)が塔(K1)から11を介して流出し、MMP合成に供給される。
図1に示したような設備は、100kg/hのメチオニンの生産能力で運転される。
Claims (11)
- 3−メチルメルカプトプロピオンアルデヒド(MMP)、シアン化水素、アンモニアおよび二酸化炭素または前記成分が製造可能であるような成分を反応させて、5−(2−メチルメルカプトエチル)−ヒダントインを形成し、該5−(2−メチルメルカプトエチル)−ヒダントインを加水分解し、メチオニンをCO2の導入下で沈殿させるメチオニンのための製造プロセスからのメチルメルカプタンを含有するCO2含有ガス流を浄化するための方法において、ヒダントイン合成反応器から流出した、CO2を含有した排ガスを、以下:
a)
a1)水による、またはメチルメルカプトプロピオンアルデヒド(MMP)が最大で溶解限度にまで溶解されて存在する水による、
a2)次いで、MMPによる、
a3)その後、水による
洗浄、および
b)こうして浄化されたCO2の、アルカリ金属メチオニン酸塩溶液からメチオニンを沈殿させるための製造プロセスへの返送
の順序で処理することを特徴とする方法。 - 工程a1〜a3において得られた洗浄液をメチオニンまたはメチオニンの前駆体のための製造プロセスに返送する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1の洗浄ステップa1)からの洗浄液をヒダントイン合成反応器内に案内する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 第2の洗浄ステップa2)からの洗浄液をMMP合成に導入する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 第3の洗浄ステップa3)からの洗浄液を洗浄ステップa1)のための洗浄液として使用する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 中間トレイを備えた多段式の塔を使用し、向流で洗浄する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- バルブトレイまたは泡鐘トレイを備えた塔を使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 洗浄ステップa2)で排ガスをMMPによって洗浄し、この場合、MMP:メチルメルカプタン(ガス状)のモル比が、1:1〜2:1である、請求項7記載の方法。
- CO2含有の排ガスを10〜60℃で洗浄する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- CO2含有の排ガスを、メチオニンのための沈殿反応器内に生ぜしめられた圧力よりも1〜10bar高い圧力で洗浄する、請求項2から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- CO2によるメチオニンの沈殿時に生ぜしめられた母液の後処理時に生ぜしめられた、CO2含有の排ガスを完全にまたは部分的に洗浄装置に案内する、請求項2記載の方法。
