Description
Claims (3)
- 粉末冶金工程で単一体に成形された非均質構造体を備えているコンロッドであって、
前記構造体は、ピストン側端部と、クランクシャフト側端部と、相互接続用胴部とを有し、
前記ピストン側端部と、前記クランクシャフト側端部と、前記相互接続用胴部とは、構造材料で形成され、
前記ピストン端部は、リストピンを受け入れるための小さいアイを有し、
前記小さいアイは、前記構造材料と一体に成形された第2材料を備えており、
前記クランクシャフト側端部は、クランクピンを受け入れるための大きいアイを有し、 前記大きいアイは、前記構造材料形成過程と一体に成形された第3材料を備えており、
前記第2材料と前記第3材料は、異なる粉末金属である、ことを特徴とする、コンロッド。 - コンロッドの成形方法であって、
非均質なコンロッドを成形するために、少なくとも3つの異なる金属成分に対して粉末冶金工程を実行する段階と、
前記少なくとも3つの異なる金属成分の第1の成分によって、小さいアイの支持面であって、リストピンと係合可能である支持面の少なくとも一部を一体に形成する段階と、
前記少なくとも3つの異なる金属成分の第2の成分によって、大きいアイの支持面であって、クランクピンと係合可能である支持面の少なくとも一部を一体に形成する段階と、
ピストン側端部と、クランクシャフト側端部と、相互接続用胴部とを、前記少なくとも3つの異なる金属成分の第3の成分によって一体に形成する段階と、を備え、
前記少なくとも3つの異なる金属成分の第2の成分と第3の成分は異なる金属成分であることを特徴とする、
コンロッドを成形する方法。 - 成形型の第1部分に第1金属粉末を充填する段階と、
成形型の第2部分に第2金属粉末を充填する段階と、
成形型の第3部分に第3金属粉末を充填する段階と、
前記成形型の中の前記金属粉末に圧力を加える段階と、
前記成形型の中の前記金属粉末を焼結する段階と、を更に含んでいる、
請求項2に記載の方法。
