Description
本発明は、添付クレーム1の前提部に従うケイ酸塩含有繊維の製造法に関する。
容易に燃えない、または不燃性の材料は、家具および布地への使用がますます増加している。たとえば、家具などの室内装飾材料において、容易に引火しない、または不燃性であり、燃焼を防ぐ繊維が使用されている。この種類の繊維は、とりわけケイ酸塩含有繊維を含む。
したがって、本発明の目的は、ケイ酸塩含有繊維の改良された製造法を提供することであり、上記の課題を回避し、方法に従って製造された繊維は、できるだけ高いケイ酸塩濃度を有する。
他方、従属クレームは、本発明の好適な実施形態を示すであろう。
図1はビスコース繊維の製造法を示し、そこでは段階1において、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)によって処理された溶解しているセルロースが、ドロドロにされてスラッシュパルプになる。この後、セルロースは水酸化ナトリウムをそこから除去するために、段階2でプレスされ、得られたアルカリセルロースは、段階3で細かく刻まれる。細かく刻まれたアルカリセルロースは、段階4、すなわち、予備熟成に導かれ、そこでは約35〜45℃の温度で、約3〜5時間、空気中で酸素の影響下にある。予備熟成において、アルカリセルロースは、部分的に解重合される。
硫酸ナトリウム 20〜40重量%
硫酸亜鉛 紡糸液1リットルあたり0〜100g
ケイ酸ナトリウム SiO2として計算されて、紡糸液1リットルあたり50〜1000mg、有利には100〜700mg
ビスコースは上記のそれ自体知られているビスコース法によって製造され、そこではケイ酸ナトリウム、すなわち水ガラスが二酸化ケイ素としてビスコースに添加された。したがって、結果は3.6%のSiO2、8.2%のαセルロース、および7.4%のNaOHを含む混合ビスコースである。3.5dtexの繊維がこの混合ビスコースで紡糸された。紡糸液の温度は50℃であり、ケイ酸塩の添加なしの組成は、次のとおりである。
硫酸ナトリウム 20重量%
硫酸亜鉛 紡糸液1リットルあたり45g
Claims (12)
- ケイ酸塩含有繊維を製造する方法であって、二酸化ケイ素溶液がセルロースから製造されたビスコースに添加されて、形成されたビスコースと二酸化ケイ素との混合物がノズルを経て酸性再生液に導かれて、ケイ酸塩含有繊維が形成される方法において、可溶性ケイ酸塩が酸性再生液に添加され、繊維中のケイ酸塩の紡糸液への溶解性が減少することを特徴とする方法。
- 再生液に添加された可溶性ケイ酸塩が、可溶性アルカリ金属ケイ酸塩または水溶性沈降ケイ酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- SiO2として計算される50〜1000mg/lの可溶性ケイ酸塩が再生液に添加されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- SiO2として計算される100〜700mg/lの可溶性ケイ酸塩が酸性再生液に添加されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 再生液に添加される可溶性ケイ酸塩の量は、再生液が可溶性ケイ酸塩で飽和されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 再生液に沈殿した可溶性ケイ酸塩は、再生液からその循環に関連して除去されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 可溶性ケイ酸塩は、ビスコースと二酸化ケイ素との混合物が再生液に導かれる前に、紡糸段階(11)で再生液に直接添加されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 再生液は、硫酸、硫酸ナトリウムおよび硫酸亜鉛をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 可溶性ケイ酸塩が再生液に添加されて、除去されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 再生液への可溶性ケイ酸塩の添加および除去は、再生液中の可溶性ケイ酸塩濃度が制御される方法で行われることを特徴とする請求項9記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の方法で使用される酸性再生液において、紡糸液1リットルあたり40〜150gの硫酸、20〜40重量%の硫酸ナトリウム、紡糸液1リットルあたり0〜100gの硫酸亜鉛、およびSiO2として計算されて、紡糸液1リットルあたり50〜1000mgの可溶性ケイ酸ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする酸性再生液。
- SiO2として計算される100〜700mg/lの可溶性ケイ酸塩を含むことを特徴とする請求項11記載の酸性再生液。
