Claims (5)
- 平板上に離間して平行に配設された2本の線条体に、各線条体から相手側線条体へと延びるテープ状体を配設するテープ状体の配設装置であって、
前記テープ状体を、巻回されたリールから引き出すためにテープ状体を把持して移動する移動グリッパと、
該移動グリッパが所定の長さのテープ状体を引き出した時、テープ状体を切断するカッタと、
切断されたテープ状体を支持して三次元的な移動が可能な移動手段と、
を有し、前記移動手段が、前記平板に対して垂直な軸を中心にして回動可能であり、前記移動手段が把持している前記テープ状体を、前記平行な2本の線条体の一方側から他方側に向けて配置する場合と、前記平行な2本の線条体の他方側から前記一方側に向けて配置する場合とで、テープ状体の回転する方向を逆にし、テープ状体の一方の端面を基準として、該基準となる端面とこれに近接する前記線条体とが一定の位置関係を保つようにしたことを特徴とするテープ状体の配設装置。 - 前記移動手段が真空チャックを有し、該真空チャックによって前記テープ状体を真空吸着することを特徴とする請求項1記載のテープ状体の配設装置。
- 前記カッタが前記テープ状体を切断したとき、切断されたテープ状体を下から真空吸着して支持する受台を昇降可能に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のテープ状体の配設装置。
- 前記テープ状体と平行に配置された第2テープ状体を有し、
第2リール保持手段から第2テープ状体を引き出すために第2テープ状体を把持して移動する第2移動グリッパと、
第2移動グリッパが所定の長さの第2テープ状体を引き出した時、第2テープ状体を切断する第2カッタと、
前記移動手段が、第2テープ状体を把持してからその下方に前記テープ状体を重ねて把持するようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のテープ状体の配設装置。 - 前記平板がガラス基板に太陽電池セルの薄膜を形成した太陽電池パネルであり、前記線条体が太陽電池パネルに設けられた電極であり、前記テープ状体が絶縁テープであり、前記第2テープ状体が前記電極と接続する導線であることを特徴とする請求項4記載のテープ状体の配設装置。
