Claims (4)
- 空洞等の空隙部を充填するために用いる充填材であって、
前記充填材は、水と、セメントと、フライアッシュと、軽量骨材と、増粘材とを有し、
前記増粘材は、前記軽量骨材としてパーライトを使用した場合に、前記パーライトとイオン結合を形成する成分を有することを特徴とする充填材。 - 請求項1記載の充填材において、
前記充填材の比重は、1.1以上、1.5以下であり、
前記充填材の流動性は、静置時のフロー値が80mm以上、150mm以下で、60分後のフロー値が100mm以下であり、打撃時のフロー値が130mm以上、205mm以下で、60分後のフロー値が170mm以下であることを特徴とする充填材。 - 請求項1または2記載の充填材において、
前記増粘材には、2液性のビスコトップ(登録商標)が使用されていることを特徴とする充填材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の充填材において、
前記充填材は、施工後の使用されているトンネルの補修工事に用いられることを特徴とする充填材。
