Description
たとえば、特開2005−218274号公報(特許文献1)においては、永久磁石と磁性鋼板との間に介在する断熱材を設け、断熱材の熱伝導率を磁性鋼板の熱伝導率よりも小さくし、エンドプレートの熱伝導率を磁性鋼板の熱伝導率よりも大きくした回転子が開示されている。
ネレータ100は、プラネタリギヤ機構300により分配されたエンジンの動力により発電する。モータジェネレータ100により発電された電力は、車両の走行状態や、バッテリ40の状態に応じて使い分けられる。たとえば、車両の通常走行時および急加速時においては、モータジェネレータ100により発電された電力はそのままモータジェネレータ200を駆動させる電力となる。一方、バッテリ40において定められた条件の下では、モータジェネレータ100により発電された電力は、PCU30内に設けられたインバータおよびコンバータを介してバッテリ40に蓄えられる。
Claims (3)
- 複数の電磁鋼板とエンドプレートとが軸方向に並ぶように前記電磁鋼板および前記エンドプレートをシャフトに嵌合する工程と、
前記エンドプレートと前記シャフトとをかしめながら前記エンドプレートの軸方向端面上に溝を形成する工程とを備え、
前記溝は前記エンドプレートの径方向に延びるように形成される、ロータの製造方法。 - 前記溝がロータの周方向に並ぶように複数設けられる、請求項1に記載のロータの製造方法。
- 複数の前記溝がロータの周方向に不等間隔で設けられる、請求項2に記載のロータの製造方法。
