Description
異なった内側構造を有する3つのタイプのラミネートの、予め開けられた穴を覆う膜に対して、一連の試験が接着度及び開口度について実行された。試験的生産工場で実施された一連の第1試験では、熱可塑性プラスチックの内側構造は、LDPE/m−PEから構成され、試験的生産工場で実施された一連の第2試験では、熱可塑性プラスチックの内側構造は、EAA/m−PEから構成された。全ての事例で、内側構造と接合するアルミ箔は、プラズマ及び/又は火炎で処理された。接着度及び開口度についての比較結果を表1に示す。
一連の試験を実験規模で行なって、PLH包装材料を生産したが、これは、この包装材料のアルミ箔と内側層の長期の接着度を増大し、包装材料から作られた包装の穴に位置決めされたキャップの開口度を増大することを目的とした代替的技術によって行なわれた。この包装材料から作られた包装には、長期保存を目指す製品が充填された。
Claims (8)
- アルミ箔の第1層(10、38)の表面とポリマー材料の第2層(16、40)の表面を連続接合して、前記第1層と第2層を備える包装ラミネート(44、48)を生産する方法であって、
前記第1層(38)を、前記第2層(40)の表面と接合されることになる前記第1層(38)の表面とは反対側の第1層の側で、通り穴、開口部、又はスリット(32)を有する紙又は板紙のバルク層(30)と接合し、その結果、前記バルク層のこれらの通り穴、開口部、又はスリットは第1層(38)を含む膜によって覆われる第1のステップ、及び
前記第1層と第2層の前記表面を一緒に接合して(12、14)、前記膜が前記第2層(40)を含むことになる第2のステップを含む上記方法において、
前記第2のステップの前に、前記第1層(10、38)の前記表面がプラズマ処理(24)と火炎処理(20)の両方を受け、該プラズマ処理(24)を、通り穴、開口部、又はスリット(42)の領域で局所的に行うことを特徴とする、上記方法。 - 前記プラズマ処理(24)が前記第1層(38)を含む連続走行ウェブ(10)に断続的に実行される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記プラズマ処理(24)が前記火炎処理(20)の前に実行される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記火炎処理(20)が前記プラズマ処理(24)の前に実行される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記火炎処理(20)が、本質的に前記第1層(10、38)の表面全体に実行され、前記第1層及び前記第2層が、生産されるラミネート(44、48)の全範囲に延びる、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2層(40)が、接着性材料又は熱可塑性プラスチックのフィルム(16)であり、包装ラミネート(44、48)の内側で最外面層を形成する第3の熱可塑性層(42)と一緒に同時に押し出され(18)、前記第3層がポリエチレン層である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレン層の大部分がメタロセンポリエチレンを含む、請求項6記載の方法。
- 低密度ポリエチレンの第4の中間層(46)が、前記第2層(40)と前記第3層(42)の間に配置され、前記第2層、第3層、及び第4層が相互に同時に押し出される(18)、請求項7に記載の方法。
