Claims (4)
- I.S.ガラスボトル製造機において、
一対の向き合ったモールド半部を含むブローモールドを有し、前記モールド半部の各々が、係合面、外面、上面、及び下面を有する、ブローステーションであって、前記モールド半部が、機械加工サイクル内で、前記係合面が係合してパリソンをボトルにブロー成形できるモールドキャビティを形成する閉位置と、開位置との間で移動できるように構成されている、ブローステーション、
前記モールド半部の各々に設けられた冷却通路の垂直アレイであって、前記冷却通路が、前記モールドの前記上面に上端を有し、前記モールドの前記下面に下端を有するように構成されている、垂直アレイ、
前記モールド半部の各々の前記外面に形成された穴手段であって、前記冷却通路の前記上端と前記下端との間にある途中位置で形成された前記冷却通路の前記垂直アレイと連通する穴手段、
前記モールド半部が前記閉位置にあるとき、前記冷却通路の前記アレイの選択された端部に冷却空気を供給するための手段と、
前記モールドが前記モールド閉位置と前記モールド開位置との間の任意の位置に配置されているときに前記穴手段に冷却空気を供給するための手段と
を備え、前記冷却空気をモールド半部の前記穴手段に供給するための前記手段は、
前記モールド半部の一方を支持するようになっているモールドアームを含み、
前記モールドアームは、前記モールド開位置と前記モールド閉位置との間で移動でき、
前記モールドアームは、支持されたモールド半部の前記穴手段と連通する出口手段を持つ空気チャンバを含み、
更に、
前記空気チャンバに空気を供給するための制御自在のバルブを備えた空気供給手段と、
前記制御自在のバルブを作動するための制御手段と
を含むことを特徴とする、I.S.ガラスボトル製造機。 - 請求項1に記載のI.S.ガラスボトル製造機において、
前記途中位置は、前記上面と前記下面との間の中間であることを特徴とする、I.S.ガラスボトル製造機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のI.S.ガラスボトル製造機において、
前記穴手段は、前記モールド半部の円形の表面に形成された水平方向に延びる連続した凹所であり、前記冷却通路の垂直アレイ内の各通路の幅の半分を含む、I.S.ガラスボトル製造機。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のI.S.ガラスボトル製造機において、
前記穴手段は、前記冷却通路群の各々と連通した穴を含む、I.S.ガラスボトル製造機。
