Claims (7)
- 2つのギア連結部材(233,234)と、1つのギア連結部材(233)を取り囲み、誘導装置(1)に保持され、2つのギア連結部材(233,234)の間に設置される前記摩擦リング(202)からなる無限調整可能ギアであり、
前記誘導装置(1)は、2つのギア連結部材(233,234)の軸方向に対して垂直な回転軸棒(211)の廻りに前記摩擦リング(202)を回転させて移動させ、前記摩擦リング(202)の位置がギア連結部材に対して無限に変位可能であり、
摩擦リング(202)の位置が自動的に伝達される自動位置記録装置を備え、
前記誘導装置(1)には、前記摩擦リング(202)を変位可能な誘導滑動装置(8)が含まれ、
前記自動位置記録装置は、前記回転軸棒(211)を中心に回転可能な位置決め棒を有し、前記位置決め棒の先端は接続具によって前記誘導滑動装置(8)と接続され、前記誘導滑動装置(8)の、少なくとも1つのギア連結部材(233,234)の軸方向に平行な移動が、前記位置決め棒によって回転位置信号に変換されて、前記摩擦リング(202)の位置が記録されることを特徴とする無限調整可能ギア。 - 摩擦リング(202)の移動あるいは平行運動に必要とされる力が、2つのギア連結部材(233,234)の回転あるいは摩擦リングの回転によって生み出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無限調整可能ギア。
- 前記摩擦リング(202)の位置を伝達する位置信号が、無限調整可能ギア(230)のハウジングの壁を介して伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無限調整可能ギア(230)。
- 前記摩擦リング(202)の位置を伝達する位置信号が、無限調整可能ギア(230)の流体空間の仕切壁を介して伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無限調整可能ギア(230)。
- 前記位置記録装置が、少なくとも1つのギア連結部材に対する前記摩擦リング(202)の位置を、ギア連結部材が静止している時に測定可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の無限調整可能ギア。
- 前記摩擦リング(202)の位置を示す自動位置信号がデータ記録および/またはデータ処理手段に伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の無限調整可能ギア(230)。
- 前記誘導装置(1)は回転軸棒(11,211)上に取付けられ、該回転軸棒(11,211)に回転位置信号が伝達されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の無限調整可能ギア(230)。
