Description
したがって、界面の歪みを低減させ、それにより、層の変形および歪みを低減させて、複合構造体を成形することが、異なる熱可塑性材料を処理する場合には特に必要である。さらに、層界面の不安定さが現れないようにするかまたは最小限にする必要があり、また、保護境界層に依存せずにそのような結果を達成することが望ましい。被積層成形流れを機械的に操作することを最小限にするだけでなく、マイクロレイヤ同時押出成形を改良することもまた望ましい。
本発明によれば、界面の歪み、よって層の変形および歪みが、低減される。さらに、層界面の不安定さの発現は、最小限にされるか、または妨げることもでき、また、この結果は、保護境界層に依存せずに得られる。被積層成形流れの機械的な操作が、減少する。さらに、本発明は、マイクロレイヤ同時押出成形に役立つ。
Claims (7)
- 層状の原料流れの分割とは無関係である多層複合製品の製造装置(10)であって、
同時押出成形構造体と、
分割部材(28)と、
を備え、
前記同時押出成形構造体は、前記分割部材(28)により、第1の同時押出成形部分構造体(26a)と、第2の同時押出成形部分構造体(26b)とに分割され、
前記第1の同時押出成形部分構造体(26a)は、第1の合流チャネル(46a)と流体連通して横断方向の流れを提供する第1のマニホールド(40a)を含む、第1の流れ形成チャネルを備え、前記分割部材(28)が前記第1の流れ形成チャネルの壁部分(32b)を形成し、
前記第2の同時押出成形部分構造体(26b)は、第2の合流チャネル(46b)と流体連通して横断方向の流れを提供する第2のマニホールド(30b)を含む、第2の流れ形成チャネルを備え、
前記装置(10)は、さらに、
前記同時押出成形構造体の第1の合流チャネル(46a)および第2の合流チャネル(46b)の下流にそれらと流体連通して、相互に第1の流れの向きと第2の流れの向きとを相対的に変更するための手段(50)であって、界面生成チャネル(53)と流体連通した、第1のフローシーケンスチャネルへの第1の入口(52a)、および第2のフローシーケンスチャネル(54b)への第2の入口(52b)を含む手段(50)を備える多層複合製品製造装置。 - 層状の原料流れの分割とは無関係である多層複合製品の製造装置(310)であって、
第1の流れ形成構造体(327)と、
合流チャネル(346)と流体連通して横断方向の流れを提供する第1のマニホールド(342)を含む第1の流れ形成チャネルと、
分割部材(328)と、
を備え、
前記分割部材(328)は前記第1の流れ形成チャネルの壁部分(332c)を形成し、
前記第1の流れ形成構造体(327)は、第2の流れ形成チャネルおよび第3の流れ形成チャネルを備えるように、前記分割部材(328)により分割され、
前記第2の流れ形成チャネルは、前記合流チャネル(346)と流体連通して横断方向の流れを提供する第2のマニホールド(330a)を含み、
前記第3の流れ形成チャネルは、接続チャネル(370)と流体連通し、
同時押出成形構造体(326)が、前記第1の流れ形成チャネル、前記第2の流れ形成チャネル、および前記合流チャネル(346)により形成されており、
前記装置(310)は、さらに、
前記合流チャネル(346)、および前記第3の流れ形成チャネルの前記接続チャネル(370)の下流にそれらと流体連通して、第1の流れと第2の流れとを相互に相対的に向きを変更するための手段(350)であって、界面生成チャネル(360)と流体連通し、概ね横に並べて配置されている、第1のフローシーケンスチャネル(354a)への第1の入口(352a)、および第2のフローシーケンスチャネル(354b)への第2の入口(352b)を有する手段(350)を備える多層複合製品製造装置。 - 前記分割部材(28、328)は、プレートである、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 第1の流れ成形インサート(2a、303)は、横断方向の流れを提供する第1のマニホールド(40a、342)を備え、前記横断方向の流れは、幅方向を画定し、第1の入口(52a、352a)および第2の入口(52b、352b)は、前記幅方向に概ね並べて配置されている請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記入口(52a、52b、352a、352b)は、相互に同一平面に配置される請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記分割部材(28、328)は、プレートであり、前記プレート、第1の流れ成形インサート(2a、303)、および相対的な流れの方向を変更する手段(50、350)は、前記装置内に別々に取り外し可能に配置される請求項4に記載の装置。
- 追加の分割部材(328’)をさらに備え、前記第1の流れ形成構造体(327)は、第4の流れ形成チャネルを備えるように前記追加の分割部材(328’)によりさらに分割され、前記追加の分割部材(328’)は、前記第3の流れ形成チャネルと前記第4の流れ形成チャネルとの間に配置される請求項2に記載の装置。
