Claims (10)
- レーザ光の透過性が高い第1樹脂部品と、レーザ光の透過性が低い第2樹脂部品とを当接させ、
前記第1樹脂部品の外側からレーザ光を前記第2樹脂部品との当接面に走査しながら照射して、第1樹脂部品と第2樹脂部品をレーザ溶着するレーザ溶着部品の製造方法であって、
予め検査レーザ光を前記第1樹脂部品に走査しながら照射して、該第1樹脂部品内に存在する異物による温度上昇を検出し、該第1樹脂部品の良否を判定することを特徴とするレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。 - 前記第2樹脂部品に当接させていない単独の前記第1樹脂部品に前記検査レーザ光を照射して、該第1樹脂部品の良否を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。
- 前記検査レーザ光が、レーザ溶着時より弱い強度のレーザ光であり、
前記第2樹脂部品に当接させた状態にある前記第1樹脂部品に前記検査レーザ光を照射して、該第1樹脂部品の良否を判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。 - 前記温度上昇の検出手段が、放射温度計であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。
- 前記温度上昇の検出手段が、マトリックス状に配置された熱電対であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂部品の良否を判定するにあたって、
前記検査レーザ光の走査時における前記第1樹脂部品の温度の時間依存性から前記温度の時間微分を算出し、該温度の時間微分の値により第1樹脂部品の良否を判定することを特徴とする求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。 - 前記検査レーザ光照射後の前記第1樹脂部品の状態変化を測定して、該第1樹脂部品内に存在する異物による温度上昇を検出し、該第1樹脂部品の良否を判定することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。
- 前記第1樹脂部品が、円筒状であり、
該円筒状の第1樹脂部品を中心軸の周りに回転させながら、前記検査レーザ光を照射することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザ溶着部品が、被検出体の回転に伴うバイアス磁界の変化を磁気検出素子により測定して被検出体の回転状態を検出する、回転検出装置の構成部品であって、
前記第1樹脂部品が、一方の端部が閉じた円筒状のハウジング部品であり、
前記第2樹脂部品が、前記磁気検出素子を搭載する保持部を有し、前記ハウジング部品のもう一方の端部の開口を蓋する円柱状に形成されたキャップ部品であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。 - 前記レーザ溶着部品が、車載用の回転検出装置の構成部品であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のレーザ溶着部品の製造方法。
