Description
表面と裏面とを有し、表面に複製対象である構造の反転形状を有するフィルム状製造用具を提供する工程;
該フィルム状製造用具の表面に、減圧を適用する工程;
該反転形状を密閉することにより、適用された減圧度を維持する工程;
該反転形状に、成形対象である組成物を、十分な液圧をかけて充填する工程;及び
充填された該対象組成物を基材の上に固化転写する工程;
を包含する構造複製方法を提供する。
減圧口と、平坦なフィルム状製造用具支持面と、成形対象である組成物の吐出口と、ダイ塗布面とを、並列に有する減圧ダイコーター部;
表面と裏面とを有し、表面に複製対象である構造の反転形状を有し、表面が減圧ダイコーター部に相対するように設置されたフィルム状製造用具であって、
該表面が、
該減圧口を覆い、
該フィルム状製造用具支持面と実質的に接触し、
該吐出口及び該ダイ塗布面を覆い、
該ダイ塗布面に沿って一定間隔を維持している、
フィルム状製造用具;
吐出口ないしダイ塗布面に対応する位置でフィルム状製造用具を裏面から支持する手段;
該フィルム状製造用具を減圧ダイコーター部の減圧口から吐出口の方向に移動させる手段;及び
該反転形状に充填された成形対象である組成物を基材の上に固化転写する手段;
を有する構造複製装置を提供する。
表1に示す成分を混合して固化可能な樹脂組成物を調製した。
表3に示す成分を混合して固化可能な樹脂組成物を調製した。

Claims (2)
- 表面と裏面とを有し、表面に複製対象である、複数の独立した凹部から構成された構造の反転形状を有するフィルム状製造用具を提供する工程;
該フィルム状製造用具の表面に、減圧を適用する工程;
該反転形状を密閉することにより、適用された減圧度を維持する工程;
該反転形状に、成形対象である組成物を、該フィルム状製造用具を裏面から支持しながら、十分な液圧をかけて充填する工程;及び
充填された該対象組成物を基材の上に固化転写する工程;
を包含する構造複製方法。 - 減圧口と、平坦なフィルム状製造用具支持面と、成形対象である組成物の吐出口と、ダイ塗布面とを、並列に有する減圧ダイコーター部;
表面と裏面とを有し、表面に複製対象である、複数の独立した凹部から構成された構造の反転形状を有し、表面が減圧ダイコーター部に相対するように設置されたフィルム状製造用具であって、
該表面が、
該減圧口を覆い、
該フィルム状製造用具支持面と実質的に接触し、
該吐出口を覆っている、
フィルム状製造用具;
吐出口に対応する位置でフィルム状製造用具を裏面から支持する手段;
該フィルム状製造用具を減圧ダイコーター部の減圧口から吐出口の方向に移動させる手段;及び
該反転形状に充填された成形対象である組成物を基材の上に固化転写する手段;
を有する構造複製装置。
