Claims (21)
- 髄液供給導管(8)と、上記髄液供給導管(8)における圧力を決定する圧力センサ(10)と、髄液圧力のあらかじめ設定された限界値の少なくとも1つである動作パラメータおよび動作測定値に応じて脳脊髄液を排出するポンプ(5)と、上記脳脊髄液の排出容積を決定する検出手段とを備える脳脊髄液(髄液)を排出する髄液排液システム(1)であって、
上記検出手段が上記ポンプの回転およびホースの直径から排出された髄液の容積を算出するために構成されており、
上記ポンプは、上記限界値が上記髄液圧力の上限値である場合に、上記髄液供給導管(8)において測定された上記圧力が当該上限値に達すると、脳脊髄液を排出するように構成されている、システム。 - 上記ポンプ(5)が、排出された髄液の容積に応じて脳脊髄液を排出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 上記動作パラメータおよび上記動作測定値が、上記髄液供給導管(8)において測定された圧力、または排出された髄液の容積を少なくとも含んでいる請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 上記ポンプ(5)が、ホースポンプとして構成されている請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記髄液供給導管(8)上における上記圧力センサ(10)が、患者の近くに配置されている請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記圧力センサ(10)が、患者の頭部に上記圧力センサ(10)を配置することができる固定手段を備えている請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記髄液供給導管(8)における圧力を共同して、または択一的に決定する複数の圧力センサ(10)を備えている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記圧力センサ(10)が、電子圧力センサとして構成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- あらかじめ設定された上記パラメータおよび測定された上記動作測定値に基づいて、上記ポンプの動作に必要な演算を実行する電子制御ユニットを備えている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記電子制御ユニットが、異なる複数の医療的な用途のための特定の動作サイクルが実行されるようにプログラムによって制御可能である請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 上記電子制御ユニットが、測定された動作測定値が対応するあらかじめ設定された動作パラメータから逸脱すると起動される警報機能を含んでいる請求項9または10に記載のシステム。
- 上記電子制御ユニットが、動作測定値および/または動作パラメータを、外部の監視システム、外部の表示装置に送ることができる、ケーブル、赤外線接続または無線接続、あるいは取り外し可能なメモリカード/チップのようなインターフェイスを少なくとも1つ備えている請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記電子制御ユニットが、上記髄液排液システム(1)のあらかじめ設定された動作サイクル、または上記髄液排液システム(1)の動作の経時的な記録を記憶できる電子メモリ手段を備えている請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記髄液圧力のあらかじめ設定された圧力の限界値のような動作パラメータを上記電子制御ユニットに入力できる入力部を備えている請求項9〜13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記ポンプ(5)の動作を直接に制御できる、または警報機能を手動によって駆動できる操作要素を備えている請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 設定された動作パラメータおよび/または現在の測定値を表示できる光学の表示部を備えている請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 本線から独立して電力を供給する、電力の蓄積部または蓄電池を備えている請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 液体を運搬する構成要素を接続するための閉じたホース接続(7および8)を有する、閉じたホースシステム(9)を備えている請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 上記閉じたホースシステム(9)は、上記ホース接続(7および8)が1回限り使用されることを保証する手段を備えている請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 上記手段が接続要素(13、14、15および16)であり、上記圧力センサ(10)が、上記接続要素(13、14、15および16)の1つに統合されている請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 排液された上記脳脊髄液を回収する排液袋を備えている請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
