Claims (13)
- 基端部及び開口先端部を有する真空ラインと、
前記真空ラインと流体連通し、前記真空ラインを通過する流体フローを調整するために電子的に調整可能な真空レギュレータと、
先端部と前記真空レギュレータとの間の前記真空ラインと連通し、前記真空レギュレータと電子通信する真空ゲージと、
前記真空レギュレータの電子的な調整を実行するようにプログラムされ、圧力レベルの範囲内でユーザが選択した圧力レベルを受け取り、前記真空ゲージからの測定圧力レベルが、前記ユーザにより選択された前記圧力レベルに一致するように、前記真空レギュレータを電子的に調整するマイクロプロセッサと、
前記真空ゲージからの読取値を提示し、所定のパラメータ外での前記真空レギュレータの動作を示すアラームを含む入力/出力インタフェースと、
を含む、真空レギュレータデバイス。 - 前記真空レギュレータは、前記真空レギュレータの電子的な調整のために前記マイクロプロセッサの制御下で、前記真空ライン及び前記真空レギュレータの少なくとも1つと連通し、前記真空ラインとの流体連通を選択的に開閉する電子バルブを含む、請求項1に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記真空ラインが、前記真空レギュレータの上流に位置する、請求項1又は2に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記真空レギュレータと流体連通し、真空源ポートに取り付けるように構成された出口ポートをさらに含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記真空ゲージが、前記真空ゲージからの測定圧力レベルが、ユーザにより選択された圧力レベルに一致するように、前記真空レギュレータの電子的な調整のために前記マイクロプロセッサによって実行されるフィードバック制御スキームにおいて使用される、
請求項1記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。 - 前記マイクロプロセッサは、測定された圧力レベルを前記真空ゲージから取得し、前記真空レギュレータを調整することにより、前記真空ゲージ及び前記真空レギュレータと電子通信し、前記フィードバック制御スキームを実行するようにプログラムされている、
請求項5に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。 - 前記フィードバック制御スキームは、前記真空ゲージの圧力読取値を前記ユーザにより選択可能なレベルにするために、前記真空レギュレータの電子的な調整を実行する、請求項5又は6に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記真空ゲージが、電子フローセンサを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記入出力インタフェースが、ユーザ選択ターゲット圧力レベルを受信するための入力をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。
- 前記真空レギュレータデバイスの上流にある流体容器と、
前記流体容器に近いセンサと、
をさらに含み、
前記マイクロプロセッサは、前記センサおよび前記アラームとさらに電子的に通信し、前記センサによって検出された前記流体容器に入る流体の量が予め定められた所定量に達したときに前記アラームにアラームを出力させる、
請求項1に記載の真空レギュレータデバイス。 - 前記センサが、前記アラームと連通する電子接点を含み、
