Abstract
Un aparato (1) de tratamiento de sangre que comprende: - un circuito de sangre que incluye una línea arterial (7) destinada para extraer sangre de un paciente y una línea venosa (6) destinada para devolver sangre al paciente; - un filtro (2) que tiene una cámara principal (3) y una cámara secundaria (4) separadas por una membrana semipermeable (5), y - un sistema de suministro de solución de tratamiento configurado para suministrar solución de tratamiento dentro del aparato (1) de tratamiento de sangre a través de un acceso (10) de solución de tratamiento hasta la cámara secundaria (4) del filtro (2), en el que el sistema de suministro de solución de tratamiento comprende: un primer recipiente intermedio (11) y un segundo recipiente intermedio (12); - una fuente (60) de solución de tratamiento; - una primera báscula gravimétrica (21) configurada para pesar el primer recipiente intermedio (11); - una segunda báscula gravimétrica (22) configurada para pesar el segundo recipiente intermedio (12); - un controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente configurado para suministrar solución de tratamiento desde la fuente (60) de solución de tratamiento hasta el primer recipiente intermedio (11) pesado por la primera báscula gravimétrica (21) y hasta el segundo recipiente intermedio (12) pesado por la segunda báscula gravimétrica (22); - un filtro (80) de esterilización localizado entre la fuente (60) de solución de tratamiento y el acceso (10) de solución de tratamiento de modo que la solución de tratamiento suministrada al acceso (10) de solución de tratamiento desde la fuente (60) de solución de tratamiento pase a través del filtro (80) de esterilización; - un controlador (31) de salida configurado para controlar el flujo de solución de tratamiento desde el primer recipiente intermedio (11) y el segundo recipiente intermedio (12) hasta el acceso (10) de solución de tratamiento; - un controlador (32) de selección de recipiente localizado en un trayecto de solución de tratamiento entre el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente y el controlador (31) de salida; - una unidad (41) de control vinculada de forma operativa a la primera báscula gravimétrica (21), la segunda báscula gravimétrica (22), el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente, el controlador (32) de selección de recipiente y el controlador (31) de salida, en el que la unidad (41) de control está configurada para: - recibir señales de peso de la primera y segunda básculas gravimétricas (21, 22); - controlar el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente, el controlador (32) de selección de recipiente y el controlador (31) de salida en un primer modo en que se suministra solución de tratamiento al controlador (31) de salida mientras la solución de tratamiento abandona el primer recipiente intermedio (11) y el segundo recipiente intermedio (12) se llena con solución de tratamiento, en el que la solución de tratamiento puede fluir al segundo recipiente intermedio (12) desde el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente mientras se evita que la solución de tratamiento fluya al primer recipiente intermedio (11) y la solución de tratamiento puede fluir desde el primer recipiente intermedio (11) hasta el controlador (31) de salida mientras se evita que la solución de tratamiento fluya del segundo recipiente intermedio (12); - controlar el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente, el controlador (32) de selección de recipiente, y el controlador (31) de salida en un segundo modo en que el segundo recipiente intermedio (12) suministra solución de tratamiento al controlador (31) de salida mientras el primer recipiente intermedio (11) se llena con solución de tratamiento desde la fuente (60) de solución de tratamiento, en el que la solución de tratamiento puede fluir al primer recipiente intermedio (11) desde el controlador (33) de flujo de la fuente mientras se evita que la solución de tratamiento fluya al segundo recipiente intermedio (12) y la solución de tratamiento puede fluir desde el segundo recipiente intermedio (12) hasta el controlador (31) de salida mientras se evita que la solución de tratamiento fluya del primer recipiente intermedio (11).
