Abstract

Procedimiento para la selección de un dializador o filtro desde el punto de vista del coste para un tratamiento de lasangre extracorpóreo con un dispositivo de tratamiento de la sangre extracorpóreo que presenta un dializador o filtrodividido en una primera y una segunda cámara por una membrana semipermeable, siendo la primera cámara partede un circuito de sangre extracorpóreo y la segunda cámara del dializador o filtro parte de un sistema de líquido dediálisis, caracterizado por las siguientes etapas de procedimiento: entrar uno o varios parámetros de tratamiento específicos para el paciente en una unidad de entrada que soncaracterísticos del objetivo terapéutico y/o el paciente que va a tratarse, determinar un parámetro de tratamiento específico para la máquina a partir del uno o de los varios parámetros detratamiento específicos para el paciente para la realización del tratamiento usando respectivamente uno de losdializadores o filtros de un grupo de diferentes tipos de dializadores o filtros para todos los tipos de dializadores ofiltros con una unidad de cálculo, determinar los costes del tratamiento de la sangre extracorpóreo resultantes del parámetro de tratamiento específicopara la máquina determinado usando el dializador o filtro respectivo para todos los tipos de dializadores o filtros conla unidad de cálculo, visualizar los costes resultantes del parámetro de tratamiento específico para la máquina usando el dializador o filtrorespectivo en una unidad de visualización para todos los tipos de dializadores o filtros.
