Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу контроля экстракорпоральной обработки крови пациента, предпочтительно контроля лечения пациента диализом, гемодиализом, гемодиафильтрацией, гемофильтрацией, и/или лечения пациента перитонеальным диализом, включающему следующие этапы, согласно которым облучают образец диализирующей текучей среды, используемый при лечении диализом с использованием линейно поляризованного облучающего света, измеряют интенсивность света флуоресценции, излучаемого диализирующей текучей средой в первой плоскости поляризации, измеряют интенсивность света флуоресценции, излучаемого диализирующей текучей средой во второй плоскости поляризации, отличной от первой плоскости поляризации, определяют анизотропию света флуоресценции, излучаемого диализирующей текучей средой, и определяют концентрацию по меньшей мере одного флуорофора в диализирующей текучей среде на основании определенного значения анизотропии и интенсивности света флуоресценции, излучаемого диализирующей текучей средой.
