Abstract
resumo método e dispositivo para a monitoração de um tratamento de sangue extracorpóreo de um paciente a presente invenção se refere a um método para a monitoração de um tratamento de diálise de um paciente, preferencialmente para a monitoração de um tratamento de hemodiálise, hemodiafiltração e/ou diálise peritoneal de um paciente, o método incluindo as etapas de: - irradiação de uma amostra de um fluido de diálise usado no tratamento de diálise com luz de irradiação polarizada linearmente; - detecção da intensidade da luz de fluorescência emitida pelo fluido de diálise em um primeiro plano polarizado; - detecção da intensidade da luz de fluorescência emitida pelo fluido de diálise em um segundo plano de polarização o qual é diferente do primeiro plano de polarização; - determinação da anisotropia da luz de fluorescência emitida pelo fluido de diálise; e determinação da concentração de pelo menos um fluoróforo no fluido de diálise com base na anisotropia determinada e na intensidade da luz de fluorescência emitida pelo fluido de diálise.
